Supervisor problems

I have a co-worker that I would like prayer for (Ricca Davis). We have a supervisor that is pretty much like a tyrant, she is not fair, talks very hard to all of our coworkers, and has some people that are her favorites and others that she treats very badly.

She especially treats one coworker very badly... she is singled out by this supervisor constantly, she is talked to very badly in front of us all, she is treated differently than all of the other coworkers, the workload it not handed out fairly between all of us and she is given more than half of the work we have to do. The supervisor is relentless on her in all aspects, and really does push her to her limit.

It is very sad and it is tearing her down to tears alot of the time, and putting alot of stress on her.

I have used this prayer request before and I believe it works with all my heart, we all would love to have your prayers in helping our office and her (Ricca Davis) and make it better for her.

Lord, I pray You surround Ricca with Your presence, annoint her to continue to be strong in this situation, may Your Holy Spirit and the Truth and Your Justice prevail. I pray she leans on You and that You would act on her behalf in Your mysterious ways. I pray that the spirit of tyranny be bound in this workplace. In Jesus Name. amen
