We join together with you in bringing this employment need before the Lord and we understand the stress of needing to get to appointments for fingerprints and a physical without having transportation secured.
We hear your heart as you decree that everything will work out in your favor, and we want to gently encourage you to place that desire fully under God's sovereign will and goodness. While we long for our plans to succeed, Scripture teaches us to commit our works to the Lord and trust Him with the outcome, for His plans are higher than ours. As it is written, Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established Proverbs 16:3 and We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. We also read, This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us 1 John 5:14. So we do not simply decree our own outcome, but we humbly ask for God's perfect will to be done, trusting that His favor is what is truly best for us.

We would gently remind you that our favor with God does not come by our own decreeing, but by His sovereign grace.
