We join with you in bringing this employment and credentialing need before the Lord, for we know that all good work comes from His hand and He cares about every detail of our lives including our daily labor and provision.
We are reminded in scripture to commit our work to Him, for Proverbs 16:3 says Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established. And Colossians 3:23 tells us Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. When we offer our work and our credentialing process to God, we do so trusting not in our own qualifications alone but in His favor and His perfect timing.
We understand the stress and uncertainty that can come with waiting on paperwork, approvals, and credentials to be completed. The enemy would want you to be anxious, but God invites us to bring every concern to Him. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We pray that peace over you now as you wait.
We also notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share why that matters so much to us. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved or approach God's throne with confidence. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We ask for Your favor to rest upon this process, that there would be no unnecessary delays, errors, or obstacles, and that all things would be done decently and in order. Grant wisdom and diligence to those handling the credentials, and grant peace and patience to Your child as they wait. Help them to trust in Your provision, knowing that You open doors that no man can shut and that Your plans for them are good. Jeremiah 29:11 says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. We pray that this job would be a place where they can use the gifts You have given them to serve You well and to provide honestly, for Ephesians 2:10 reminds us that we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them. May this work be one of those good works prepared for them. Above all, draw them closer to Jesus through this season, and let them know Your peace that surpasses understanding. We have heard your request concerning the credentialing for your employment, and we join with you in bringing it before the throne of grace.
We know that work is a calling given by God, and it is right to ask Him to establish the labor of our hands. We pray that the Lord will grant you favor in this process, that every paper and requirement would be handled with order and integrity, and that no hindrance would remain which ought not to remain. May He give you patience and peace while you wait, and wisdom to do all that lies within your own power with diligence and honesty.
Remember the patience of Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. When the Lord permitted great trial, Job worshipped and kept right with God, and in due time the Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends. Our longest sorrows have a close, and there is a bottom to the profoundest depths of our waiting, for our sorrows shall have an end when God has gotten His end in them. If He delays the answer, it is not that He has forgotten you, but that He would teach you to trust Him more fully, and to see Him more clearly, as Job did when he said he had heard of God by the hearing of the ear, but now his eye saw Him.
We pray that whether this door opens quickly or after further proving, your glory may be fresh in you and your bow renewed in your hand, and that you may be anointed with fresh oil for the work to which God calls you. He who makes provision before the need arises is able to make a way where you see difficulty, and to go before you in this matter.
May the Lord grant you a quiet confidence in His providence, keep you from anxious and unbelieving speech, and help you to rest in childlike confidence even when His hand seems to delay. We ask that He would prosper what is right and good in this credentialing, for your provision and for His glory, and that you may be able to look back and see His faithful hand in it all.
