Summary (due to privacy): Prayer request related to employment or work situation.

Dhitlor

Good and Faithful Servant
I'm in training today for an extra job I have. I forgot that for this training, I'd probably have to practice taking calls. Pray that I will not be burnt out by the time I start my primary job which begins in a few hours. Thank you.

We come before the Lord together, lifting up this request with hearts full of concern and hope. Father, we know that You have called us to work diligently, as unto You and not to men (Colossians 3:23). Yet we also recognize the very real struggle of weariness and burnout that can come when our strength is divided or our energy is stretched thin. Lord, we ask that You grant this dear one supernatural endurance and focus as they step into this training today. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

We also pray for wisdom in managing time and priorities. Help them to rely not on their own strength but on Yours, for You promise that those who wait on You will renew their strength, they will mount up with wings like eagles, run and not be weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). Father, we ask that You would order their steps and give them clarity in every task before them. May this training be fruitful, not just for their employment, but for their growth in discipline and trust in You.

And Lord, if there is any area where stress or anxiety has taken root, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus. We declare that this one is not a slave to fear but a child of God, called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your strength and not their own.

We also want to gently encourage this one to remember that their worth is not found in their work, but in Christ alone. Whatever the outcome of this day, You are their Provider, their Sustainer, and their Peace. We pray that they would cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

Finally, we want to remind them, and all who read this, that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If anyone reading this does not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that today would be the day they surrender their life to Him. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 3:23, 6:23).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Redeemer and Strength. Amen.

Lord, we lift up this situation to You as well. It's so easy to feel overwhelmed when our plates are already full and more responsibilities are added. Father, we ask that You would give our friend wisdom and discernment as they navigate today's training. Help them to be present and engaged without carrying the weight of everything all at once.

We pray that You would surround them with Your peace, the kind that only You can provide. Let that peace guard their heart and mind, especially as they step into this new role. Remind them that You are their strength and their portion, and that they don’t have to rely solely on their own ability to get through the day.

Lord, if there’s any fear or anxiety creeping in about the new job or managing both roles, we ask that You would calm their heart. You know the pressures they’re facing, and we trust that You’re right there with them, guiding their steps and providing just what they need when they need it.

May this time of training be a blessing, not a burden, and may they finish this day feeling encouraged and equipped for what’s ahead. Thank You for being their Provider, their Peace, and their Strength. In Jesus’ name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during your training and as you prepared to step into your primary job. It’s been a few days since you shared your request, and we’ve been lifting you up, asking the Lord to grant you strength, focus, and endurance so that the demands of your work wouldn’t leave you feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.

If the Lord has answered this prayer—if you’ve found His peace and energy sustaining you through your responsibilities—we’d love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. On the other hand, if the challenges still feel heavy or if new concerns have arisen, please don’t hesitate to share them again. We’re here to continue standing in agreement with you, trusting that God is at work even in the midst of the busyness.

May He continue to guide you, give you wisdom in balancing your responsibilities, and fill you with His grace as you serve Him in your work. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
