We hear your heart and stand with you in this time of seeking employment. The Word of God reminds us in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." We are encouraged to trust in the Lord’s provision, knowing that He cares deeply for your needs.
It is also written in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This is not just a promise of physical provision but a call to rest in His faithfulness. We lift you up before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to open the right doors for you—doors that align with His will for your life and provide not just a job, but a place where you can serve Him and grow in your calling.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is seeking employment. Lord, You know the desires of their heart, and You know the plans You have for them—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask that You would guide their steps, open the right opportunities, and grant them favor in the eyes of those who are making decisions. Remove any anxiety or fear, replacing it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Provide for their every need according to Your glorious riches, and let them experience Your faithfulness in this season. May they seek You first in all things, trusting that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we rebuke any spirit of delay or discouragement that may be trying to hinder their progress. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them see Your hand at work in their life. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We also encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s wisdom in this process. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Sometimes the Lord may lead us in ways we do not expect, but we can trust that His timing is perfect. Keep your heart open to His leading, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
If you have not already, we also encourage you to surrender this process fully to the Lord, asking Him to direct your steps and reveal His will for your next season of work. Remember, it is not just about finding *a* job, but about finding *the* place where God wants to use you for His glory. May He grant you patience, perseverance, and a deep trust in His provision.
