I don't know if this is a problem around the world - and I'm not sure whether this is just happening within certain Christian communities, but American Christians (and maybe western Christians as a whole) seem to really be in need of a wake up call. Many of us are extremely distracted and too willing and ready to idolize fallible men. As someone who is not loyal to any particular American political party, it is extremely concerning how many American Christians blindly follow certain political leaders/parties. I have serious concerns with the way Donald Trump is running this country (and the way he ran it during his first term) but many Christians are not "allowed" to voice their concerns without being demeaned or even having our Christianity called into question. Please pray for us all and this country. Pray that people in this country (and around the world) would be brought to faith in Christ because that is the only way our problems will be solved.
