We come before the throne of grace with this request, lifting it up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. We recognize that every good and perfect gift comes from above, and we seek God’s will in all things, trusting in His perfect timing and sovereign plan.
Father God, we first acknowledge that true prosperity and breakthrough come not from our own efforts or desires alone, but from Your hand. We pray for a financial breakthrough for this dear one, not for selfish gain, but that they may be a faithful steward of the resources You provide. May they use what You entrust to them to advance Your kingdom, bless others, and honor You in all things. We declare that the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the righteous (Proverbs 13:22), and we ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings that there will not be room enough to receive them (Malachi 3:10). But Lord, we also ask that You guard their heart against the love of money, which is the root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10). May their trust remain in You alone, not in uncertain riches.
We pray for open doors in their career, but we ask that these opportunities align with Your will and purpose. May they walk through the doors You have prepared, for "the steps of a good person are ordered by the Lord" (Psalm 37:23). We rebuke any spirit of pride or entitlement that may suggest they deserve anything apart from Your grace. Instead, we ask that You humble them to seek Your guidance in all decisions, for "unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1). May they not seek after the things of this world, but set their minds on things above (Colossians 3:2). We pray for favor in the sight of those who can open doors, but more importantly, we pray for favor in Your sight, Lord.
We ask for godly helpers to surround them on every side—those who will sharpen them as iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17), who will encourage them in their walk with You, and who will hold them accountable in love. We rebuke any desire for helpers who would lead them astray or enable worldly ambitions. Instead, bring people into their life who will point them to Christ, for "bad company corrupts good character" (1 Corinthians 15:33). May their closest companions be those who fear You and walk in Your ways.
We pray for joy and laughter to fill their home and the lives of their family and close friends. But we also remind them that true joy is found in the Lord, not in circumstances. "The joy of the Lord is your strength" (Nehemiah 8:10), and we ask that their laughter be rooted in the hope of the gospel. May their home be a place of peace, where Your presence dwells, and where others see the light of Christ shining brightly.
We stand in agreement with their declaration that everything they have been sacrificing and praying for since May 2021 be manifested. But we also remind them that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). We pray that their desires be purified and aligned with Your will, for "delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4). We rebuke any spirit of impatience or entitlement, for "the testing of your faith produces endurance" (James 1:3). May they trust in Your perfect timing, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
We lift up their family members and close friends, praying for a mighty transformation in their lives. We ask that You draw them to Yourself with cords of love, for "no one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws them" (John 6:44). We rebuke any worldly influences that have kept them from fully surrendering to You. We pray that their eyes be opened to the truth of the gospel, that they would repent of their sins, and turn to You with all their hearts. May they experience the new birth that comes only through faith in Jesus Christ (John 3:3), and may their lives bear the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). We declare that old things have passed away and all things have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17) in their lives.
Finally, we rebuke every negative and evil thing that has sought to attach itself to this dear one. We command every spirit of fear, doubt, anxiety, and oppression to flee in the name of Jesus. We declare that "no weapon formed against you shall prosper" (Isaiah 54:17) and that "greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). We pray for a hedge of protection around them, their family, and all that concerns them, that no evil would befall them (Psalm 91:10). We ask that You cleanse them from all unrighteousness and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the light as You are in the light (1 John 1:7).
Lord, we ask that You search their heart and reveal anything that is not pleasing to You. If there is any hidden sin, unforgiveness, or bitterness, we ask that You bring it to light and give them the grace to repent. We pray that they would walk in holiness and righteousness all the days of their life, for "without holiness, no one will see the Lord" (Hebrews 12:14). May they present their body as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to You (Romans 12:1).
We close this prayer by declaring that all these requests are subject to Your will, Lord. We trust in Your goodness, Your faithfulness, and Your perfect plan. May this dear one grow in their relationship with You, seeking first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33). We pray that they would fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), and that they would run with endurance the race set before them.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
