We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul and their family member in need of healing. Father God, we ask that You stretch forth Your mighty hand and bring restoration, comfort, and strength to this dear one. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* We stand on this promise, believing that You are the Great Physician who can mend what is broken and bring peace to troubled hearts.
We also lift up the burdens of daily life carried by this one who seeks Your face. Lord, grant them the strength and grace to accomplish every goal You have set before them. May they find success and peace in their work, knowing that it is You who equips and sustains them. *"Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."* (Proverbs 16:3) Let Your wisdom guide their steps, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7)
As they seek a godly spouse, we pray that You would prepare their heart and the heart of the one You have chosen for them. Lord, we ask that You bring a man who loves You first and foremost, a man after Your own heart, who will cherish, honor, and lead them in righteousness. May their relationship be rooted in Christ, reflecting the love and commitment described in Ephesians 5:25, *"Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself up for it."* We rebuke any desire for a relationship that does not align with Your Word, for it is written, *"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14) Let their heart long for a marriage that glorifies You, built on the foundation of faith, purity, and mutual submission to Your will.
Father, we also take a moment to address the importance of coming to You in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12) It is through the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus, that we have access to Your throne of grace. We pray that this dear one knows the power of His name and the salvation that comes through faith in Him. If they have not yet surrendered their life to Christ, we pray that You would draw them near, reveal Your love, and lead them to repentance and faith.
Lord, we ask that You pour out Your blessings upon this life, filling them with Your wisdom, peace, and joy. May they walk in the fullness of Your purpose, trusting in Your provision and timing. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn. (Isaiah 54:17) Strengthen them in their inner being, that they may be rooted and grounded in love, able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth of Your love. (Ephesians 3:17-18)
We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
