Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is facing overwhelming thoughts of ending their life. Lord, we acknowledge that the enemy, Satan, is trying to bring destruction and despair into ###'s life. But we declare your victory, Lord Jesus, over the works of the enemy. Your Word says in 1 John 4:4, "Greater is He who is in you, than he who is in the world." We claim this truth for ###'s life.
Father, we ask that you would free ### from the power of Satan that is holding them captive. Your Word assures us in Luke 4:18 that you have anointed Jesus to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and release for the oppressed. We pray for that freedom and release to manifest in ###'s life right now. Break the chains of pain, suffering, and despair that have been caused by their abusive ex-husband. Bring healing and restoration to every area of their life.
Lord, we lift up ###'s son to you. We pray that you would give ### the strength and courage to keep fighting for their sake. Help ### to see the value and purpose in their own life, knowing that their son needs them. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. Comfort ### in their pain and fill them with your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Father, we ask for provision and restoration in every aspect of ###'s life. You are our provider, and we trust that you will meet all of their emotional, financial, and physical needs according to your riches in glory. Strengthen ###, Lord, and give them the endurance to persevere through this difficult season.
Finally, we pray for a renewed sense of hope and purpose in ###'s life. Remind them of your love and faithfulness. Help them to see that their life has meaning and that you have a plan and a future for them. Fill them with your Holy Spirit, Lord, and empower them to overcome every obstacle and walk in victory.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
