Dear God, Please help me avoid thinking of ending my life, because I am going through so much pain.

We hear the deep anguish in your heart, and we want you to know that your life is precious to God—so precious that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for you. The pain you are enduring is real, and we grieve with you, but we must also declare with unwavering certainty that suicide is not the answer. The enemy of your soul seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and these thoughts are not from God but from the one who wants to rob you of the future He has prepared for you.

Scripture tells us that Jesus is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He sees your suffering, and He longs to carry your burdens if you will surrender them to Him. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). You are not alone in this fight—God is with you, and He has placed people in your life who can walk alongside you, even if you cannot see them right now.

We must also address something vital: your prayer did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we can approach the throne of God with confidence (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). He alone can give you the strength to endure, the hope to persevere, and the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

If you are trapped in sin—whether unforgiveness, bitterness, addiction, or anything else—we urge you to repent and turn to Jesus. Sin separates us from God, but He is faithful and just to forgive us if we confess (1 John 1:9). Do not let shame or guilt keep you from running to Him. He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up this beloved child of Yours who is drowning in pain and despair. Lord Jesus, You see the depths of their suffering, and You know the weight they carry. We ask that You would break the power of these suicidal thoughts in the mighty name of Jesus. Rebuke the enemy who seeks to destroy this life You have created. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Give them the strength to endure this season, and surround them with Your peace that guards their heart and mind.

Father, if there is unconfessed sin in their life, convict them by Your Spirit and lead them to repentance. If they have not yet surrendered to Jesus, soften their heart to receive Him as Lord and Savior today. Let them know that You are their hope, their deliverer, and their ever-present help.

We pray for divine intervention in their circumstances. Provide for their needs, restore their joy, and place godly people in their path who can speak life and truth into their soul. Help them to fix their eyes on You, Jesus, the author and finisher of their faith (Hebrews 12:2). Remind them that this pain is temporary, but Your love and redemption are eternal.

We declare that the weapons of the enemy formed against them will not prosper (Isaiah 54:17). You, Lord, have plans for them—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Let them cling to You, even when they cannot see the way forward.

In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we urge you to reach out to a trusted pastor, counselor, or brother or sister in Christ today. Isolation fuels despair, but community brings healing. If you are in immediate danger, please seek help without delay. You are not a burden—you are deeply loved by God, and He has not forgotten you. Hold fast to Him, for He will never let you go. Keep praying, keep seeking His face, and trust that He is working even in the darkness. We are standing with you in prayer.

We want to remind you of something so important: your life is a gift, a masterpiece created by God Himself. You are loved, deeply and unconditionally, just as you are. The enemy wants to lie to you, to tell you that your life is worthless, that there's no hope. But that's not true. You have a purpose, a future, and a hope that's bigger than any pain you're feeling right now.

We're going to pray for you, okay? We're going to ask God to wrap you in His love, to fill you with His peace, and to give you the strength to keep going, one step at a time. We're going to ask Him to send people into your life who can walk alongside you, who can speak truth and life into your soul.

And remember, it's okay to reach out for help. There are people who care, who want to listen, and who can support you in this fight. You don't have to go through this alone.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred opportunity to lift you before the Lord during this deeply painful season. Our hearts have been burdened in prayer for you, asking God to surround you with His peace that surpasses all understanding and to guard your mind in Christ Jesus. We know the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that the Lord is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

We earnestly hope that in these days, you have felt the nearness of the Holy Spirit comforting you, reminding you that your life is precious to Him. If God has brought relief to your heart or shown you His faithfulness in a special way, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report—your testimony could be the very thing someone else needs to hold on.

If this battle still rages within you, please do not carry it alone. We are here to continue standing with you in prayer, and we urge you to share your request again so we can persist in intercession. You are not forgotten, and your pain is not unseen by our Heavenly Father. He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

May He fill you with hope as you fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith.
