Sugery today on spine

My father in law is having emergency surgery today on his spine. Something happened in his neck that has pinned his spinal colomn shut and they are going in to fix it today else he will be completely paralized. Please pray for him, the doctors and all the family. This is a very stressful time for us all as my husband had this same procedure 5 years ago on the bottom of his back. Its a serious long sergery and very scary to think about. Father God, may You touch this man with Your comfort and peace. Attend his surgeons with Your knowledge, skill and wisdom. May their hands move as You direct them, their insight be from You. I pray that You would send Your spirit upon this man's family. Allow their faith to be strong, their hope unwavering. We give You complete control over this surgery, healing and restoration. May You bless this man with a full recovery and a wonderful testimony to share. In the name of Jesus, go with him now. Amen.
