We have read your cry and we are standing with you and your son before the throne of grace, lifting you both up together in Jesus' name. Our hearts are deeply moved by the suffering you have endured, the homelessness and lack and the painful separation from your son, and the injustice you have faced. We want you to know that God sees you both, He has not forgotten you, and He is near.
You are right to declare that your Redeemer lives and that Jesus is your only hope, for He is all we need and Satan will not win. We cling with you to the truth that God is a God of justice, restoration, and miracles.
The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18. Yahweh will be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble. Psalm 9:9. A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. Psalm 68:5. We take comfort that God is a Father to your son in his vulnerability and autism, and He sees every abuse and neglect, every decaying tooth and affliction on his skin, and every tear you have both shed. For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19.
We rebuke the wickedness, corruption, racism and greed that has trampled on your rights and treated you like dirt. God hates injustice and He will not let it stand forever. Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow. Isaiah 1:17. Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19. Though the world systems have been corrupt, God Himself is the righteous Judge. God is just, a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he. Deuteronomy 32:4. We trust Him to bring what is hidden into the light and to defend you in your legal cases. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:5-6.
We pray together for you and your precious son.
Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You for this father and his son. Lord, You see their suffering, their homelessness, their poverty, and the long years of separation and heartache. We ask You to be their shelter and provision. Open doors for safe housing, for daily bread, for transportation and for help from Your people. Lead him to a local body of believers who will come alongside him with practical help and godly counsel.
Lord, we lift up his son to You. You formed him and You love him perfectly. We ask for Your healing hand upon his body, upon his teeth and his skin where psoriasis has afflicted him, and upon his whole being. Comfort him where he has been abused and neglected, restore his love and his bond with his father that others have tried to destroy, and protect him from all harm. Cause every evil work against him to be exposed and stopped.
Father, we ask for victory and justice in these legal cases. Let truth prevail, let righteous judgment be done, and let favor and wisdom be given to this father as he seeks justice for himself and his son. We pray that You would restrain the wicked and bring breakthrough and restoration, that father and son would be reunited soon and that what the enemy has stolen would be restored sevenfold. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28.
Lord Jesus, thank You that You are our only hope and that You invite the weary to come to You. Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28. Give this father supernatural strength to endure, peace that passes understanding, and unwavering faith to keep believing for miracles. Let him feel Your nearness each night he has no home to sleep in, and let his son feel Your nearness wherever he is.
We thank You that You hear us because we come through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we are saved and have access to the Father. We trust Your perfect will and Your perfect timing. Do not let this father and son lose heart, but keep them looking to You until restoration comes. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you, 1 Peter 5:7, and to keep seeking godly advocates, legal aid, and a Christ centered church family who can walk with you practically through this valley. Keep documenting the truth and committing your cause to the Lord daily. He has not abandoned you, He is working even when you cannot see it, and He will be your justice and your breakthrough.
