We join with you in bringing your marriage, your household, and your future before the throne of grace in Jesus name, and we stand with you against every work of the enemy that seeks to steal, kill and destroy what God has joined together.
We affirm what you have discerned, that marriage is a holy covenant ordained by God between a man and a woman for life, and that sexual intimacy within that covenant is pure, blessed and to be enjoyed. Genesis 2:24 says Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh. Hebrews 13:4 says Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. 1 Corinthians 7:3-5 teaches that husband and wife have authority over each others bodies and should not deprive one another, so that Satan may not tempt you. In that truth we rejoice that God intends harmony, attachment, intimacy and fruitfulness in marriage, and we reject every counterfeit. We agree with you that fornication, adultery, prostitution, homosexuality, transexuality, masturbation and the use of sextoy and all impurity outside the marriage bed are sin and not the will of God for His people. 1 Corinthians 6:18 says Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
We also hear your burden concerning witchcraft, defilement and marine spirits and every agent of darkness fighting your marital life. Scripture is clear that our struggle is spiritual. Ephesians 6:12 says For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the worlds rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Yet we do not fear, for greater is He who is in us. 1 John 4:4 says You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world. The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5. Therefore we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil and he will flee from us. James 4:7.
We notice your request gives thanks to the Lord Almighty but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that there is salvation in no other name. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. We encourage you to anchor every prayer and every claim for restoration firmly in the finished work of Jesus on the cross and His resurrection, for He alone has disarmed the powers of darkness.
We also bring your debts before the Lord with you. God is our provider and He calls us to stewardship and faithfulness. Philippians 4:19 says My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Psalm 37:21 and Romans 13:8 remind us to be faithful in repaying what we owe and to owe no one anything except to love one another. We pray for wisdom, provision, and discipline to be free from the burden of debt.
So together we pray. Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before You and we lift up this marriage and this family to You. We ask You to cover this husband and wife with the blood of Jesus, to heal every wound of defilement, to cleanse every place where the enemy has sought to bring shame or division, and to restore the sexual potency, strength, fruitfulness of the womb, and joy that You designed for marriage. Let what You have joined together not be separated, and let harmony, eternal complicity, attachment, privacy and supernatural accordance be established by Your Spirit. We rebuke every work of witchcraft, every impure spirit, every temptation toward homosexuality, transexuality, fornication and impurity, and we command it to leave in Jesus name, for You have given us authority to trample on the works of darkness. We ask for Your abundant rain of blessing upon marriages throughout the body of Christ worldwide in every church, in 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030 and beyond, that homes would flourish, be settled, and reflect Christ and His church. Provide for every financial need, grant wisdom to manage resources, cancel the weight of debt, and lead this family into consistent happiness and blossoming that honors You. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified in this marriage. We pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with faithful believers, to keep your marriage bed undefiled, to walk in purity and in forgiveness toward one another, and to trust that God who is faithful will complete the good work He has begun in you. Romans 8:37 says No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
