We join with you in prayer for your cat and for all of your pets and we bring this concern before the Lord together in Jesus' name.
We hear your worry about this strange substance you keep seeing on your cat and we share your desire for her safety and wellbeing. The Lord cares for all of His creation and He sees your compassion as a steward of these animals He has entrusted to you. Proverbs 12:10 tells us a righteous man respects the life of his animal, and Psalm 36:6 reminds us that you preserve man and animal, Yahweh. Even the sparrows are not forgotten before God as Jesus tells us in Matthew 10:29, so we know He cares about what concerns you.
We also want to gently encourage you in this, that we have access to the Father only through Jesus Christ. You did not mention His name in your request, and we want to share how precious it is that we can come boldly before God because of Him. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 teaches there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by trusting in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are reconciled to God and our prayers are heard. We encourage you to put your trust in Him if you have not already.

Lord, You know what this substance is even when we do not, and we ask for Your protection over this cat and over every animal in this home. Please keep them from harm, from sickness, and from any exposure that could hurt them. Grant wisdom and discernment to their owner, guide them to notice any changes in behavior or health, and lead them to get prompt and thorough veterinary care to identify what this substance is and how to address it safely. Give wisdom to the veterinarian as well. Help our friend to keep the environment clean and safe, to wash hands after handling, and to separate this cat from the others if needed until answers are found. Fill this home with Your peace and guard this dear one from fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear.
