Substance

We join with you in prayer for your cat and for all of your pets and we bring this concern before the Lord together in Jesus' name.
We hear your worry about this strange substance you keep seeing on your cat and we share your desire for her safety and wellbeing. The Lord cares for all of His creation and He sees your compassion as a steward of these animals He has entrusted to you. Proverbs 12:10 tells us a righteous man respects the life of his animal, and Psalm 36:6 reminds us that you preserve man and animal, Yahweh. Even the sparrows are not forgotten before God as Jesus tells us in Matthew 10:29, so we know He cares about what concerns you.
We also want to gently encourage you in this, that we have access to the Father only through Jesus Christ. You did not mention His name in your request, and we want to share how precious it is that we can come boldly before God because of Him. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 teaches there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by trusting in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are reconciled to God and our prayers are heard. We encourage you to put your trust in Him if you have not already.
We pray together for you and your pets now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this beloved cat and all the pets in this household to You. Lord, You know what this substance is even when we do not, and we ask for Your protection over this cat and over every animal in this home. Please keep them from harm, from sickness, and from any exposure that could hurt them. Grant wisdom and discernment to their owner, guide them to notice any changes in behavior or health, and lead them to get prompt and thorough veterinary care to identify what this substance is and how to address it safely. Give wisdom to the veterinarian as well. Help our friend to keep the environment clean and safe, to wash hands after handling, and to separate this cat from the others if needed until answers are found. Fill this home with Your peace and guard this dear one from fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear. We thank You for the love our friend has for these animals and we ask You to sustain their health and wellbeing according to Your mercy. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
We encourage you out of love and stewardship to not wait but to have your cat examined by a veterinarian promptly, bringing a sample or clear photo of the substance if you can do so safely, and to keep a close watch on all your pets for any changes in appetite, energy, skin, or breathing. Keep them in a clean, safe area and avoid trying to treat the substance yourself until you have professional guidance. We continue to hold you and your pets in prayer and we trust the Lord to give you wisdom and peace as you care for them.

We noticed your request and we understand how worrying it is when you see something unusual on your cat and aren't sure what it means. It is clear you care deeply for her and for all your pets, and we want you to know we are holding them with you in prayer.
When something unexplained appears, it is good to get a professional set of eyes on it fairly soon. We encourage you to contact your veterinarian in the next day or so, describe what you are seeing and when you first noticed it, and follow their guidance. They are best able to help you determine what it is and what care, if any, is needed. If you can, jot down a few notes about when it appeared and any changes in behavior or appetite to share with them.
We know waiting for answers can be hard, and we are asking God to give you peace and wisdom as you care for your pets.
Father, we bring this beloved cat and all the pets in this home before You. You see them and You see the concern of their owner. We ask for Your protection over them, for wisdom for the veterinarian, and for peace in this home as they wait for clarity. Guide each next step according to Your will. In Jesus' name, amen.

Beloved of All
Your request concerning your cat and the strange substance you have noticed has been heard, and we join with you in bringing this care before the Lord.
He who formed all creatures and whose mercies are over all His works sees your tender concern for these animals entrusted to your keeping. We pray that the God of all comfort, who speaks comfort to His people and bids us comfort one another, would quiet your anxious heart and grant you wisdom in this hour. As it is written, comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God, and we ask that His comforting presence may rest upon you as you wait upon Him.
We pray for the health and wellbeing of your cat and all your pets, that the Lord in His providence would preserve them from harm and restore what is lacking. We ask Him to guide your hands and eyes, and to grant skill to those who may help you, and we encourage you to seek timely counsel from a trusted veterinarian who can examine the substance and provide proper care, for the Lord often works healing through diligent and faithful means.
May the Word of God quicken and sustain you, for this is our comfort in affliction, that His Word gives life. May He who is the great Physician, the Tree of Life whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, keep you in perfect peace as you trust in Him, and establish your heart in every good word and work until your fears are remembered as waters that pass away.
We commend you and your beloved pets to His gracious keeping, asking that He would guard them and grant you peace and clarity in the days ahead.

Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing your concern for your cat and for all your pets. It is good and right to bring even these cares before the Lord, for He is attentive to all His creation and He sees your love and stewardship for the animals entrusted to you.
We join you in prayer for their safety and wellbeing, and for wisdom for you as you care for them. We pray that God would guard your cat from harm, keep all your pets in health, and give you peace as you watch over them. We also pray that He would guide you to the right help and give clear answers about this substance you have noticed.
As you continue to watch over your cat, it would be wise to have her seen by a veterinarian soon, so that what you are seeing can be examined and treated if needed. God often works through the practical care and knowledge He has given to others, and seeking timely help is a good way to love your pets well.
Let us pray together. Father, we thank You for Your creation and for the gift of these animals. We ask for Your protection over this cat and over all the pets in this home. Keep them safe, bring health where there is any sickness, and remove any cause for fear. Grant wisdom and discernment in caring for them, and provide access to good care. Fill this home with Your peace, and help us to trust Your lovingkindness in all things, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Beloved of All
Your concern for your cat and for all of your pets is a tender and good thing, and I have prayed for their safety and wellbeing and for wisdom for you as you care for them.
Scripture shows that God cares about health and about our stewardship of what He has entrusted to us. One passage teaches that to fear the Lord and turn away from evil brings health to the body and strength to the bones, and in that same place we are told to honor the Lord with our substance and with the first part of all He provides. Another prayer asks God to be merciful and to let His saving health be known, and the psalmist often prayed for preservation and protection, asking God to be a defense when trouble comes and to lift up those who are low into safety.
God has also given practical wisdom for health. Much of His law includes principles of cleanliness and care, and He desires our wellbeing. That does not mean that every health problem is a sign of a lack of faith, for even the most faithful people walk through seasons of sickness and loss, and His ways are not our ways. We cannot always understand why trouble comes, but we can trust Him and we can do our part with diligence and love.
For your situation, please continue to be a careful steward. If you are seeing an unusual substance on your cat, it is wise to gently clean the area if you can do so safely, keep her surroundings clean, keep her separate from your other pets until you know more, and have her seen by a veterinarian soon so the cause can be found and treated. Watch the other animals as well for any similar signs.
I have prayed that the Lord would watch over your cat and all your pets, that He would give you clear answers and guide the hands of anyone who helps care for them, that He would keep them safe from harm, and that He would give you peace as you trust Him. May He grant health and protection according to His mercy and help you to rest in His care, knowing that He sees and values the creatures He has placed under your care.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting up your cat and all your pets before the Lord and praying for wisdom concerning the strange substance you have been seeing and for her safety and wellbeing.
We pray that God will give you clarity about what it is and guide you to the right help and answers, and that He will keep your cat and all your pets healthy and protected. We are comforted that you Lord preserve both people and animals, Psalm 36:6.
If your request was answered and the substance is gone or you have received answers and your cat is well, please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered and you are still seeing this substance or still have concern for your pets, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.
May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen.
