Thank you for sharing this request and allowing us to pray with you for your projects. We understand how much you are hoping for approval and for a clear answer soon, and we have brought your need before the Lord.
Scripture often calls us to wait upon God and to wait upon His time, with confidence that He will work. James encourages us to be patient and to establish our hearts, as a farmer waits for the harvest to be complete. That same patient waiting is part of our hope as we look for Jesus to come again, who now sits at the right hand of the Father until all things are put under Him. To wait in this way is not passive. It is to continue in faith and love and hope, trusting that God sees and that He will work things out in His perfect timing. We are told again and again to wait on the Lord, and we know how hard that can be when we want an answer right away and are tempted to try to make things happen ourselves. Yet we have learned that if we wait long enough, God will work it out in a way that is far better than what we could arrange on our own.
As you wait for this decision, we also want to encourage you to seek above all the approval that comes from God. Human approval and favor have their place, and it is right to ask God for favor with those who review your work, but the approval that matters most is His. His favor toward us is not earned because we deserve it, but is given in His love through Jesus who has taken away our sin and clothed us in His righteousness. Success or approval from people alone can still leave the heart empty if it is apart from Him, while His approval brings peace even while we are still waiting.
So we are praying that God will direct your heart into His love and into patient waiting for Christ, that He will strengthen and establish you during this time of uncertainty, and that He will confirm you and keep you blameless until the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We pray that the Lord, according to His will, would grant favor for your projects and make the outcome known in His time. If it is for your good and for His glory, may He open the door for approval. If He has another path, may He make that clear and give you peace to follow it. Above all, may you know His presence and His love while you wait, trusting that He is working even now.
