We hear the deep distress in your words, and our hearts ache for the suffering you are enduring. The relentless torment from your neighbor and the overwhelming anxiety you describe are not what God intends for His children. He is a God of peace, justice, and refuge, and He calls us to cast all our anxieties upon Him because He cares for us. Let us turn to His Word for strength and guidance in this moment.
The Scripture reminds us in **1 Peter 5:7**, *"Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you."* You do not have to carry this burden alone—God sees your pain, and He is near to the brokenhearted. The Psalmist declares in **Psalm 34:17-18**, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* He is with you, even in the darkest hours when sleep evades you and fear threatens to overwhelm you.
We also know that God is a God of justice. **Deuteronomy 32:4** tells us, *"He is the Rock. His work is perfect, for all his ways are justice; a God of faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he."* While we do not know the full details of your neighbor’s actions, we trust that God sees all and will act in His perfect timing. **Romans 12:19** instructs us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*) This does not mean we passively accept harm, but we trust God to fight our battles while we seek wisdom on how to respond rightly.

God has established governing authorities for our protection, and it is not wrong to use the means He has provided to seek justice and safety. **Romans 13:4** reminds us that rulers *"are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Do you desire to have no fear of the authority? Do that which is good, and you will have praise from the same."* If you haven’t already, document the incidents and seek counsel on how to proceed lawfully.
At the same time, we must also examine our own hearts. Jesus calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. **Matthew 5:44** says, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This is not a call to tolerate abuse but a reminder that our response should be rooted in Christ’s love, not bitterness. We ask that You intervene in this situation—put an end to the harassment and bring peace to their home and mind.
Father, we pray for supernatural calm to wash over them, that You would quiet their anxious heart and grant them restful sleep. Guard their mind from the lies of the enemy and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Give them wisdom on how to respond, whether through legal action, setting boundaries, or seeking support from others. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let no weapon formed against them prosper.
We also pray for their neighbor. Soften their heart, Lord, and convict them of their actions. If there is bitterness, anger, or evil at work in them, break its power and bring them to repentance. Let Your justice prevail, and let Your will be done in this situation.
Most of all, Father, draw our brother/sister closer to You through this trial. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way and know that You are fighting for them. Strengthen their faith and remind them that nothing can separate them from Your love.
We rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and torment in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against our brother/sister shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. We speak peace over their home, their mind, and their spirit, and we trust You to act on their behalf.
