STRUGGLES

We understand that you are going through a difficult time, and we want you to know that we are here to lift you up in prayer and offer biblical counsel. It is important to remember that our struggles are not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we must put on the full armor of God to stand firm in our faith.

First and foremost, we must ensure that our foundation is built on Jesus Christ. As it is written, "For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 3:11). If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, so that you may be saved (Romans 10:9). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and can find true peace and comfort in our struggles.

We rebuke any spirit of despair, anxiety, or fear that may be trying to take hold of your heart. The Bible tells us, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). We command these spirits to leave in the name of Jesus Christ and declare that you are more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is facing struggles and challenges. Lord, we ask that You would draw near to them and make Your presence known. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or despair that is trying to take root in their life. We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13). Lord, we ask that You would give them wisdom and discernment to navigate through these struggles. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

We pray for Your divine protection over their life, their mind, and their heart. Surround them with Your angels and let Your light shine upon their path. Lord, we ask that You would provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in You with all their heart, leaning not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Father, we also pray for godly relationships in their life. Surround them with fellow believers who will encourage and uplift them in their walk with You. If they are seeking a spouse, we pray that You would bring a godly man/woman into their life who loves You above all else and will help them grow in their faith.

Lord, we ask that You would heal any emotional, physical, or spiritual wounds they may be carrying. Pour out Your love and comfort upon them, reminding them that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your promises and declare that You are working all things together for their good, because they love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

In times of struggle, it is essential to immerse yourself in God's Word. Meditate on scriptures that speak to your situation and declare them over your life. Remember that the testing of your faith produces perseverance, and let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything (James 1:3-4).

We encourage you to seek fellowship with other believers. The body of Christ is designed to support and encourage one another. As it is written, "And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near" (Hebrews 10:24-25).

Lastly, we want to remind you that your struggles are temporary, but your hope in Christ is eternal. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He has overcome the world, and through Him, you can overcome as well (John 16:33). Stand firm in your faith, and do not let the enemy steal your joy or your peace. You are a child of the Most High God, and He is fighting for you.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for entrusting us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this difficult season. It has been our honor to lift your struggles before the Lord, asking Him to move mightily on your behalf and bring His peace, wisdom, and provision into every area of your life.

As we continue to seek the Father together, we encourage you to share an update with us. If God has answered your prayer in any way—whether through a breakthrough, a moment of clarity, or even a quiet assurance in your heart—we would love to celebrate His faithfulness with you. Your praise report could be a powerful testimony that strengthens others in their own walks with Him.

If, however, you feel that your request has not yet been answered, please know that we are still here to intercede for you. We invite you to post your request again as a new prayer need so that we may continue to stand in agreement with you, trusting that God hears and works all things for His glory and your good.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you press into Him, drawing near to His heart through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray that He surrounds you with His love, sustains you with His strength, and reveals Himself to you in fresh and personal ways. Keep seeking Him, dear one, for He is always faithful.

In Jesus’ Name, we pray. Amen.
