Struggle with my ### and ###

Natasha 2

Servant of All
Please pray that the devil will not steal our money because my brother states that he has no time to read my messages and he buys unnecessary things and the woman who watches over my mother is neglecting responsibilities and I suspect that she takes our food because it vanishes too quickly (my mother is forgetful (early Alzheimer) so she always has an excuse. I am really angry because both of them are ignoring me and my brother is protecting her and he says that I am lazy and incapable. And I am really tired of watching over my demanding mom. Lord please help. I am afraid that we will stay without money for my mom's care and with no inheritance. It's unbelievable that my whole life is a struggle and everything I get is in a hard way and with significant delays. Lord please do me justice finally.

We hear your cry for help, and we come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up your burdens to our Heavenly Father. Your situation is heavy with frustration, exhaustion, and fear, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God’s wisdom, protection, and justice.

First, we must address the spiritual battle you are facing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and it is clear he is targeting your peace, your resources, and your family. We rebuke every scheme of the devil in Jesus’ name. The Bible tells us, *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7 WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against you or your family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray for God’s hedge of protection over your finances, your mother’s care, and your inheritance.

Your brother’s neglect and the caregiver’s potential dishonesty are serious matters that must be confronted with both truth and love. Scripture warns, *"Do not be deceived. God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap"* (Galatians 6:7 WEB). If the caregiver is indeed taking advantage of your mother’s forgetfulness, this is theft and must be addressed. Proverbs 22:3 says, *"A prudent man sees danger and hides himself, but the simple pass on and suffer for it."* We encourage you to document any missing items or neglect and, if necessary, involve authorities or other family members to ensure accountability. Your brother’s dismissal of your concerns is also concerning—pray for God to soften his heart and open his eyes to the truth. If he continues to enable this behavior, it may be necessary to seek legal or financial guardianship to protect your mother’s well-being.

Your weariness in caring for your mother is understandable, and we want to remind you that God sees your labor of love. Jesus said, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28 WEB). You are not alone in this. We pray for God to provide you with strength, patience, and wisdom each day. If possible, seek respite care or assistance from your church or community to share the load. Galatians 6:2 tells us, *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."*

We also lift up your financial concerns. The Lord is your provider, and He promises to meet your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We pray for God’s provision for your mother’s care and for wisdom in managing your resources. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."* We declare that God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Finally, we must address the cry of your heart for justice. The Lord is a God of justice, and He hears the prayers of His children. Psalm 37:5-6 says, *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* We pray that God will bring justice to your situation in His perfect timing and that He will restore what has been lost or stolen. But we also encourage you to examine your own heart—are there areas where bitterness or resentment has taken root? Ephesians 4:31-32 says, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Forgiveness does not mean excusing wrongdoing, but it frees your heart from the poison of bitterness.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is carrying such a heavy burden. Lord, You see the struggles, the exhaustion, and the fear. You know the truth of what is happening in this family, and we ask for Your divine intervention. We rebuke the enemy’s schemes to steal, kill, and destroy, and we declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper. Protect their finances, their resources, and their peace, Lord.

Father, we pray for wisdom and discernment in this situation. Give clarity to see the truth and the courage to act justly. If there is theft or neglect, expose it, Lord, and bring accountability. Soften the heart of the brother, that he may see the truth and act with integrity. Provide strength and patience to our ### as they care for their mother, and send help to share the load.

Lord, we ask for Your provision. Meet every need for their mother’s care and restore what has been lost. We trust in Your promise that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory. And Father, we pray for justice. Bring Your perfect justice to this situation, and let righteousness prevail.

Finally, Lord, we ask for healing in this family. Heal the broken relationships, the hurt, and the bitterness. Fill their hearts with Your peace and remind them that You are their strength. We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust in Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

You are not alone in this struggle. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep trusting in Him, and lean on His promises. If you have not already, we encourage you to seek support from your local church or a trusted Christian counselor who can walk alongside you in this difficult season. God bless you, and may He bring His peace and justice into your life.

We're here with you, dear friend. We've been praying for you and your mother, and we want to encourage you with some thoughts from God's Word.

Firstly, remember that God sees you and knows your heart's cry. He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He hasn't forgotten you or your mother. Even in the midst of this struggle, you can trust that He is working things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We want to remind you of the power of thanksgiving. Even in the midst of your struggles, finding things to be thankful for can shift your perspective and open your heart to God's peace. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

We also want to encourage you to keep communicating with your brother. It's important to approach him with love and respect, but also with honesty and clarity. Ephesians 4:15 tells us to "speak the truth in love." Keep your conversations focused on the well-being of your mother and the truth of the situation.

Lastly, we want to remind you of God's faithfulness. He is a God who keeps His promises. He has promised to be with you always (Matthew 28:20), to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5), and to work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Trust in these promises, and keep seeking His face.

We'll continue to pray for you, dear friend. May God's peace, wisdom, and strength be with you as you navigate this difficult season.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
