Strong, sincere, prayers please.

Beloved of All
Please pray strong sincere prayers for my eyesight. I am very scared. Please remember me in your prayers. Dear Lord, please dont let me go blind. Amen.

We hear your fear and distress over your eyesight, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of grace. The Lord is our healer, and we trust in His power to restore and sustain you. The Bible tells us in Psalm 146:8, "Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind. Yahweh raises up those who are bowed down." We claim this promise over you, believing that God sees your need and is able to intervene according to His will.

We also lift up your heart in this time of fear. It is natural to feel afraid when facing uncertainty about your health, but we encourage you to place your trust in the Lord, who cares for you deeply. 1 Peter 5:7 says, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." You are not alone in this struggle, God is with you, and we are praying alongside you.

Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up [this dear one] to You, asking for Your healing touch upon their eyes. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You restore their sight, ease their fear, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. If it is Your will, bring complete healing and clarity to their vision. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We also pray for wisdom for the doctors and medical professionals involved in their care. Guide their hands and minds, Lord, so that they may provide the best possible treatment. Give [this one] patience and perseverance as they wait on You, knowing that Your timing is perfect.

We rebuke any spirit of fear that seeks to grip their heart, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We trust in Your goodness, Lord, and we thank You for hearing our prayers. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. In Jesus' precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

We hear you, and we are carrying this with you in prayer right now. The fear of losing your sight is heavy and real, it touches so much of what makes daily life feel safe and familiar. When that kind of fear settles in, it can feel isolating, and it’s okay to name it out loud just as you have.

We want you to know you are not alone. Many people, including us, are lifting you up with genuine, heartfelt prayer. There is a particular comfort that comes from knowing others are deliberately praying for you by name, it’s like a steady hand on your back when you feel unsteady. So right now, we join you in that asking.

While we pray, we also gently nudge you toward the wisdom of letting a trusted eye doctor walk this road with you. Getting a clear picture of what’s happening can often reduce some of the fear, and it’s a practical step God can use alongside the prayers of his people. We don’t know what this looks like medically, but you deserve care and clarity.

Even when the path ahead feels uncertain, you don’t have to face it without hope. God’s love for you is not measured by your physical health, his presence remains your true anchor. We pray with you, trusting him for courage, for steady nerves, for clear guidance for your doctors, and for his healing hand to rest on you.

Lord Jesus, we come with our friend who is so afraid right now. Quiet their heart. Let them sense your nearness in the middle of the racing thoughts. We ask for your mercy on their eyesight, hold back whatever threatens, and give wisdom to any medical professional they see. Surround them with people who will keep praying and carrying this burden alongside them. Most of all, help them trust that you see them, you hear them, and you will not let go. We pray this in your strong name, Jesus. Amen.

Fear not, for the Lord is nigh unto them that call upon Him in truth. Your trembling cry has entered the ear of the God who formed the eye, and He is not slow to hear. Remember, it is not the preacher who says, “Fear not,” but Jesus Himself who whispers to His poor servant, fallen at His feet, “Fear not.” This word is a command, not merely a comfort; to give way to slavish dread is to dishonour the Almighty who has promised, “I will help thee.”

Why let fear make the sickness worse? There is a fear that brings torment, but perfect love casteth out such fear. Fix your gaze now upon Christ, the great Physician. The very leaves of the tree of life are for healing; the least thing about Him has virtue. When He walked the earth, He linked pardon with healing, saying to the palsied man, “Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee”, and straightway his body was whole. So for your eyes, His touch is enough. The same voice that commanded, “Let there be light,” can scatter every shadow. Did not Saul of Tarsus rejoice after three days of blindness, when the scales fell from his eyes? Trust this mighty Healer.

You have done well to seek the prayers of the church. We join our faith with yours and lift our supplication to the Lord of light. O Thou who dost neither slumber nor sleep, look upon this dear one in lovingkindness. Thou knowest the terror that haunts the heart at the thought of endless dark. Rebuke the power of the disease, restore the failing sight, and cause the Sun of Righteousness to arise with healing beneath His wings. Yet more, give the inward eye of faith, that the soul may behold the King in His beauty, come what may.

Go in peace, and fear not; only believe. The Lord bless thee and keep thee; the Lord make His face to shine upon thee and be gracious unto thee. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Do not fear the blindness of the body as though it were the only darkness. Far more terrible is that willful blindness of the heart of which I have so often spoken, when the soul, clouded by the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches, no longer feels the light of truth. You cry out, "Lord, do not let me go blind," and this is a good and human fear. But consider the holy apostle Paul.

The hand of the Lord was upon him, and he was led sightless into Damascus, not seeing the sun for a season. Yet in that very darkness, he prayed. It was not a punishment without purpose, but a strange and severe medicine for his soul, an opportunity for him to see with an inward light what his eyes had failed to perceive. The eye of his body was closed so that the eye of his understanding might be opened, never to be shut again.

If such a thing should befall you, would it not be a heavy yoke? Yet learn of the Lord, who is meek and lowly in heart, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light. The terror you feel is the very thing that breaks the insensibility of the soul, piercing the thick darkness that gathers when the affairs of this life overwhelm us. Let this fear drive you not to despair, but to the physician of souls.

Cling not to the health of the body alone, for that is a fleeting good. Seek first Him who opens the eyes of men like Ananias, not merely to see this world, but to behold the Sun of Righteousness. Whether you see or not, if Christ is your light, no darkness can hold you. Trust in Him, for He knows how great things you may suffer for His name's sake, and His grace is sufficient, perfecting its strength in our weakness.

The fear you are carrying is real, and it can feel like a weight pressing in on every side. When our eyesight is threatened, the darkness ahead seems overwhelming, and panic can take hold. That kind of fear is not something to be ashamed of; it is a natural response to a severe trial. But do not let it become the loudest voice in your heart.

When Daniel received a vision of things too great for him, the men around him felt an intense, shaking presence and fled to hide. Yet Daniel himself was touched and told, “Fear not, for I am with you.” That same God who stood near Daniel stands near you now. The enemy would magnify your problem until it seems larger than the One who holds you in His hand. But the cure for fear is not mustering enough courage on your own; it is deliberately turning your eyes to the Lord. Remember Him. Remember that nothing can touch you without first passing through His love. Greater is He that is with you than any threat to your body.

A thousand years in His sight are like yesterday when it passes, and your life, fragile as it is, is fully known and fully attended by Him. Even when Paul was struck blind, sitting in darkness for three days without food or drink, God was not absent. In that forced stillness, Paul was praying, and the Lord sent Ananias to lay hands on him so that he might receive his sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit. That same power is undiminished today. We are joining you in strong, sincere prayer for your eyesight. We are asking the Lord, if it be His will, to cause any scales to fall, to restore clear vision, and to ease the anxiety that presses on your mind.

But even as you hope for physical healing, ask Him to sharpen the eyes of your heart. Sometimes our most profound sight comes when the outward world grows dim. The fear of the Lord, a reverent awe that He is good and faithful, can quiet every other dread. When the waves of panic rise, whisper His promises back to Him: “You said You would help me. You said You would strengthen me. You said You would uphold me by Your righteous right hand.” That is not empty comfort; it is a sure foundation.

Do not let fear convince you that you have been abandoned. You are not. In your weakness, His strength is made perfect. We are praying, and He Himself intercedes for you with groanings too deep for words. Bring every anxious thought to Him as often as it surfaces. He will not grow weary of hearing you. Rest in the truth that your life, your sight, your entire being, is hidden with Christ in God.

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your request in our hearts these past days. Every time we gathered in prayer, your fear and your plea for your eyesight were lifted before the Lord. We stood in agreement with you, asking our Heavenly Father to restore, protect, and strengthen your vision according to His perfect will. We prayed with faith, believing that God hears the cries of His children, and we continue to trust Him for your healing.

If God has answered this prayer in a way you can see or feel, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report—your testimony could strengthen others who are waiting on the Lord. If, however, the answer hasn’t come yet or feels unclear, please don’t hesitate to post this request again. We are here to stand with you, to intercede on your behalf, and to remind you that you are not alone in this battle. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He sees your fear and your faith.

May God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May His grace sustain you, His love comfort you, and His power work mightily in your life. We pray this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
