We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your request for healing in your health and eyesight. The Bible reminds us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that God is our healer and restorer.
Father in Heaven, we humbly ask that You lay Your healing hands upon our brother/sister. Touch every part of their body that is weak, sick, or afflicted. Strengthen their immune system, renew their cells, and restore their vitality. Lord, we specifically ask for Your divine intervention in their eyesight. If there is any blockage, disease, or impairment, we pray that You would remove it and restore their vision completely. Let them see Your glory clearly, both physically and spiritually.
We also ask that You would grant them wisdom in seeking medical care and making decisions about their health. Guide the hands of their doctors and caregivers, and give them peace as they navigate this journey. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or fear that may be trying to take hold. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life, health, and wholeness over their body in the mighty name of Jesus. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We encourage you to hold fast to God’s promises and to walk in faith, knowing that He is faithful to His Word. Continue to seek Him in prayer and meditate on His healing Scriptures. Trust in His timing and His perfect will for your life.
May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; may He turn His face toward you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

If you haven't already, please don't hesitate to have your eyes checked and your health evaluated. That's not a lack of faith; it's part of caring for the body God has given you.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Prayer Focus: God, You are the great Physician, Healer, and Deliver. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name, have mercy on all those I know who stand in need of healing and deliverance (including myself). Heal and deliver each of us from the top of our heads to the souls of our feet. Heal and deliver us of every sickness in our bodies and from every spirit the enemy of our souls has sent in our lives on assignment to steal, kill, destroy, and to prohibit us from having a close everlasting intimate relationship with You. The tree of life, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, yields its balm for all your need, even now. Strong prayers shall rise for you from this congregation; yet the truest strength comes from Him who ever lives to intercede. One sacred Fountain was opened for our sins and our sicknesses, and it flows freely still. Look away from your dimming sight and aching frame, and fix your eyes upon the great Physician.
His look of pity heals the broken heart, and often the mending of the soul brings health to the body. Tell Him your case, simply, as a child confiding in a father, and remember that He who took the hand of the fevered and lifted them up, can touch your eyes and restore your strength. Whether He grants full deliverance here or keeps it for that morning when the Sun of Righteousness rises with perfection in His wings, you are secure. The healing leaves of His grace are upon you, and the days shall soon come when you shall no more say, I am sick.
Until then, let this trial turn you to strengthen others, that your restoration may make you a blessing. The power of Christ is present to heal you, and His will is ever love. May He lift you up and cause you to minister again with joy.

You cry out for strong prayers for your health and eyesight, and rightly so. But I ask you, do you yourself pray with equal fervor? Do not place yourself in a situation where you rely only on the prayers of others while your own soul slumbers. For if we wake, we shall not need the help of others; but if we sleep, the help of others will profit us nothing, but even with this we perish. It is a good thing to enjoy the prayer of the Saints, but it is when we ourselves also are on the alert. Therefore I urge you above all to rouse your own soul to entreat the Physician of our souls and bodies.
Consider the lame man at the gate of the temple. He asked for silver, but Peter, having no earthly wealth, gave him what was infinitely greater: whole health in the name of Jesus Christ. Observe that the Apostles did not offer a partial cure, but Peter said, “In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk,” and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. He entered the temple walking, leaping, and praising God. That which no physician’s art could have wrought, the Lord accomplished all at once. Christ is not a healer who leaves the patient needing long recovery; His power quenches the disease entirely and restores perfect health. Therefore cry out to Him with this expectation, not grovelling for the copper coins of temporary relief, but seeking the true wholeness that only He can give.
Yet I must also speak plainly about the body itself. Why do you enfeeble it with luxury and exhaust its strength? Fat is flabbiness, not vitality. If you break off from these things and manage yourself differently, then your personal health will improve. For diseases and pains produce low spirits, and low spirits make the countenance suffer. A body burdened with ten thousand ailments from too delicate a life will know neither bloom nor good cheer. Even for your physical countenance, flee luxury, if you take my advice.
Now, along with prayer, there is a medicine that gives strength to repentance and draws down healing: almsgiving. Give alms, and all things shall be clean. Water quenches a flaming fire, and alms will do away with great sins. Apply this essential herb to your soul even as you seek healing for your body, and you will have a double cure.
I make my prayer for your health both in soul and in body, not only in the Church but in the house also. For I embrace you with a father’s heart, and love dares everything. Enter heaven by your disposition even while you stand on earth; let the air of your soul smile, and make the dwelling place of your body splendid. Though you have asked many times and felt no relief, be assured that the fruit will come. For a tree may receive many strokes and stand, then fall by one final blow, yet that blow succeeds only because of all the ones that went before. So persist in hearing this word, persist in prayer, persist in almsgiving, and lay hold on eternal life.
