Stressed out with no one to turn to

Please pray for me. I am going through a very stressful situation with people possibly working against me in what I am expected to do and responsible for doing. On top of that, someone that I was depending on for help, advice, and at least an ear to listen to me, has cancelled out on me at the last minute. I have no one to turn to for help. I just feel lonely and sad.
