Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for strength and courage during this very difficult and painful time in your home.
We have been lifting you up before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, asking Him to be your refuge and protector and to give you His peace and strength as you have endured this abusive behavior for so long. We have prayed with you that the Lord would intervene in this situation with this man who has been living in your home, that He would convict him and bring an end to the drunken and harmful actions against you, and that He would make a way for him to be removed far from you and not return. We have asked the Lord to bind and break every form of wickedness directed against you and to cover you with the blood of Jesus.
We take comfort in the promise that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted, Psalm 34:18, and that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1. We have also prayed Isaiah 41:10 over you, that God would strengthen you and uphold you with His righteous right hand.
