We join with you in the spirit of faith and agreement, standing on God's word, which says, "Again, truly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them" Matthew 18:19-20 WEB.
Let's come together and pray for God's protection and mercy over the areas expected to be hit by storms.
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up all the people in the path of the upcoming storms. You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth changes and though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas Psalm 46:1-2 WEB.
We ask You, Lord, to calm the storms and hold back the winds and rain that could cause destruction and harm. You are the Master of the sea and the wind, and they obey You Mark 4:39 WEB. Please, keep the tornadoes away, Lord. Protect every person, their homes, and their livelihoods. Give them Your peace that surpasses all understanding as they prepare and wait Philippians 4:7 WEB.
Guide us all to be wise and vigilant during these times, Lord. Help us to be a light to others, showing Your love and compassion in practical ways. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage everyone in the affected areas to trust in the Lord and lean not on their own understanding Proverbs 3:5 WEB. Stay safe and remember that God is in control. He is our protector and our strong tower. Let's continue to pray and intercede for one another, knowing that God hears and answers our prayers Matthew 7:7-8 WEB.

We ask that You would calm the winds and the rains, that You would hold back the storms and keep the tornadoes away. We're believing for Your peace to guard their hearts and minds, as we read in Philippians 4:7.
Let's also be ready to be God's hands and feet, showing love and compassion to those around us. Let's be wise and vigilant, but not anxious, for we know that God is in control.
