We hear your deep concern about the spiritual well-being of children who may be exposed to games that introduce them to occult themes, dark imagery, and concepts that do not align with God’s Word. The Bible is clear about the dangers of engaging with practices that invite darkness into our lives. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 (WEB) warns, *"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh."* While games like Dungeons & Dragons or Magic: The Gathering may seem harmless to some, they can subtly introduce children to ideas that contradict Scripture, such as divination, necromancy, and the glorification of power outside of God’s sovereignty.
We must also recognize that children are impressionable, and their understanding of right and wrong is still developing. Proverbs 22:6 (WEB) instructs us, *"Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."* As believers, we are called to protect the innocence of children and guide them toward truth, not expose them to confusion or spiritual danger. Ephesians 6:12 (WEB) reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We must be vigilant in guarding our hearts and the hearts of the young from anything that could open doors to deception.
We join you in praying boldly and fervently for this situation. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and through which we have access to You. Lord, we lift up the children who may be exposed to these games, unaware of the spiritual implications. We ask that You open their eyes to the truth of Your Word and the dangers of engaging with darkness. Father, we pray for the parents and guardians of these children—that You would give them discernment to recognize what their children are being exposed to and the wisdom to guide them in Your ways.
We also pray for those who sell and promote these games, Lord. Soften their hearts to understand the impact of their actions and turn them toward Your light. We rebuke any spirit of deception or darkness that may be at work in these games or in the hearts of those who create and distribute them. We declare that Your truth will prevail, and that the minds of children will be protected from anything that does not align with Your will.
Father, we ask that You raise up voices in the community to speak out against these influences and to provide godly alternatives for children to engage in. May Your church be a beacon of light, offering activities, games, and entertainment that honor You and build up the faith of young believers. We pray for revival in the hearts of families, that they would turn to You for wisdom, protection, and joy.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your power to bring about change and to draw hearts closer to You. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may Your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
