Dhitlor

Beloved Servant
Please pray that God would stop my family from going on a trip that we cannot afford to go on at all but my parents are fixated on trying to go because they have been manipulated into wanting to go by people who have done so under the influence of Satan. Pray for me because I've been under spiritual attack for years now (which has been due to my own disobedience but the attacks continue even as I try to now walk in obedience because the enemy does not want to let me go). I am so tired of these attacks and the anxiety and hypervigilance that I have developed due to them. Thank you.

We have heard your request and we stand with you in prayer together before our Father in Jesus name, carrying both your concern for your family and the heaviness you have carried from these years of spiritual battle.

We understand your burden about this trip. Scripture teaches us to be wise stewards of what God has entrusted to us, for the plans of the diligent surely lead to profit and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty Proverbs 21:5, and to owe no one anything except to love one another Romans 13:8, and that a wise builder counts the cost before he builds Luke 14:28. It is right to be concerned when a decision would lead your family into financial harm or debt. We also hear that your parents are fixated and that you discern manipulation at work. The enemy does blind minds and influences people to act unwisely 2 Corinthians 4:4, and our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. We pray that God would open your parents eyes, give them discernment and a willingness to hear truth spoken in love Ephesians 4:15, and that He would either remove the desire for this trip or make a way to stop it if it is not His will, and that He would protect your family from manipulation and from the influence of Satan.

We also lift you up in your exhaustion from spiritual attack, anxiety and hypervigilance. We commend you for acknowledging past disobedience and for seeking now to walk in obedience, for if we confess our sins he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9 and there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus Romans 8:1. The enemy indeed accuses and prowls around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8, and he does not want to let go when someone turns to Christ, but greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We rebuke the spirit of fear and torment over you, for God did not give us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and self control 2 Timothy 1:7, and we claim the promise to submit yourselves therefore to God, resist the devil and he will flee from you James 4:7. Hypervigilance and constant anxiety are not from the Lord, and we pray He will replace them with His peace that surpasses all understanding which will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We encourage you to continue to cast all your worries on him because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 and to come to Him for rest as Jesus said come to me all you who labor and are heavily burdened and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28.

We notice your request speaks of God and of Satan but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we must lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation Romans 10:9-10. It is in His name alone that we can stand against the enemy and find forgiveness, deliverance and peace.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we thank You that You hear us. We ask that You would intervene in this situation with this family and this trip. If this trip is not Your will and would bring financial harm, we ask that You would stop it, close doors, change hearts, and give this mother and father wisdom and clarity to see any manipulation and to choose stewardship and peace over pressure. Give them unity and courage to say no when it is wise to do so. For our friend who is weary, we ask that You would lift the weight of spiritual attack, break every chain of the enemy, and surround them with Your protection. Forgive all past disobedience as they have confessed and help them to walk in continued obedience, clothed in the full armor of God Ephesians 6:11. Replace anxiety and hypervigilance with Your perfect peace and a sound mind, heal the nervousness and exhaustion, and let them know they are safe in Your hands, for You have said when you pass through the waters I will be with you Isaiah 43:2 and fear not for I am with you, be not dismayed for I am your God Isaiah 41:10. Strengthen their faith, renew their strength, and let them rest in the truth that nothing can separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord Romans 8:38-39. We rebuke the works of Satan over this family in Jesus name and declare that You are Lord over their finances, their decisions and their home. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior, amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, to put on the armor of God daily, to speak scripture aloud when anxiety rises, and to seek wise godly counsel from a pastor or mature believer who can walk with you and your family through this decision. God is faithful and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able but will with the temptation also make the way of escape that you may be able to endure it 1 Corinthians 10:13. Keep seeking Him, keep obeying, and trust that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ Philippians 1:6.

We hear how tired you are carrying this. Years of feeling under attack, now trying to walk faithfully and still feeling on edge with anxiety and hypervigilance, is exhausting. And watching your parents feel pressed toward a trip you all cannot afford, while feeling powerless to help them see it clearly, adds another heavy weight.

It makes sense that your body and mind feel wound so tight right now. Living in that kind of constant alert wears a person down, and it does not mean you have failed. We are glad you want to keep walking in obedience even when it feels hard.

For the anxiety and hypervigilance you named, we encourage you to keep bringing it to the Lord in prayer and also to share it with someone you trust in person, a pastor or counselor, and with your doctor if those symptoms stay intense. You do not have to carry this alone, and getting steady support alongside prayer can help you find more rest and clarity.

With your family, as you are able, a calm, respectful conversation about the real financial concerns, perhaps with a trusted third person your parents respect, may give them space to reconsider without feeling cornered. We will pray for wisdom for all of you and for peace in your home.

Father, we lift our brother to You. You see his tiredness and his desire to follow You. Grant him rest, steady his heart and mind, and surround him with wise, caring support. Give his parents clarity and protection from unwise influences, and lead this family in Your provision and peace. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

We have heard your cry and have brought it before the Lord with you, and we join you in seeking His mercy and wisdom in these heavy matters.

You speak of weariness after long spiritual conflict and of anxiety and hypervigilance that have settled upon you. Hear what has long been true, that anxiety has never comforted any soul nor brought any grist to the mill nor any meal to the barrel. If a thing does not pay, what is the good of it. Indeed the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Our Lord therefore bids His people to cast all their care upon Him, for He cares for them. Your watchfulness against sin is right, but when that watchfulness becomes a torment confined within yourself, no good will come of it. You are to enquire the way to Zion with holy anxiety for His cause, and then to leave the burden with Him who is able to keep you.

You also speak of an enemy that would swallow you up. The believer in Jesus is at times such an object of the adversary's detestation that he would annihilate him if he could. It should not surprise you that having zealous love for Christ you should find intense adversaries. Yet remember Job, who in all his affliction did not fall into sin, and so the arch enemy flew away confounded. If in enduring your particular trouble you do not fall into sin, you are more than a conqueror over him that hates you. And remember that death itself, the very worst enemy that our fears could conjure up and the dreaded reserve of the army of hell, is an enemy to be destroyed. Christ has destroyed that last enemy, and therefore every lesser enemy, including Satan and all his devices, must fall before Him. You could fight with Satan and overcome him through Christ, for greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.

You confess that some of this chastening came through your own disobedience. It is true that the Lord in infinite mercy will wound with the wound of an enemy to make the sinner see and feel the evil of sin, and He strikes home and cuts deep where pity would be of no avail. Yet His purpose is not to crush you but to heal you. Vain hopes are dashed in pieces and false lights are quenched that you may be driven to Christ alone. If you now desire to walk in obedience, take comfort that His wounds are the wounds of a Friend, meant to bring you to repentance and to rest.

Let us pray together.

Our gracious Father, we come through Jesus Christ alone, our only hope and righteousness. Thou seest this dear soul, weary with long warfare, burdened with anxiety and constant watchfulness. Grant according to Thy promise to give rest to the weary and to perfect strength in weakness. Teach this one to cast every care upon Thee, to bring each fearful thought captive to Christ, and to find that Thy grace is sufficient for each day.

We ask for this family and for this proposed journey. Thou knowest their means and their motives. If this trip is unwise and beyond what Thou hast provided, we pray that in Thy providence Thou wouldst close the door, give clarity of mind, and grant to parents and children a spirit of wisdom and of a sound mind and of love that they may speak the truth to one another in meekness. Guard them from manipulation and from every influence of the evil one, and help them to steward what Thou hast entrusted to them with contentment and prudence. If it be Thy will for them to stay, make that plain and give them peace to accept it. Above all, draw each heart to seek first Thy kingdom and Thy righteousness.

Keep this Thy child from the snares of the flesh and of sloth and of despair. Give steadfastness to endure to the end, patience under trial, and joy in knowing that Thou wilt not suffer the enemy to swallow up those whom Thou hast redeemed. Restore what has been wounded, establish what has been shaken, and let this soul know the sweetness of Thy forgiveness and keeping power through the blood of Christ. In the name of Jesus our Redeemer we ask it. Amen.

Take courage and continue in the means of grace, in the Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with faithful believers who can walk beside you and counsel you with open Bibles. The Lord who has begun a good work in you will be faithful to complete it.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request has been heard and we are praying with you before the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to God.

We hear how weary you are. Years of spiritual struggle, and now anxiety and hypervigilance that keep you on edge even as you seek to walk in obedience, is a heavy burden to carry. Scripture teaches that our true conflict is not merely with people or circumstances but in the heavenly places, and the enemy seeks to despoil us and keep us in fear and trembling. Anxiety itself can become like a scourging to the soul, pressing us down day after day. Yet the same Scriptures remind us that the King under whom we are arrayed is more powerful than all, and when we look up to God, He sends His own Word to take hold of our souls and free us from slavery that brings no gain.

We also hear your concern for your family and this trip. It is right to care about stewardship and to want your parents to be protected from unwise decisions and from any influence that would lead them astray. At the same time, every conflict that takes root among us often springs from the pressures of this life, from want or envy or the desire for gain, and the way to peace is to cut out the root by learning to despise what is empty and to treasure what is above. We will pray that God grants your family clarity, honesty about what you can afford, and unity in seeking His wisdom rather than being driven by pressure from others.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You see the weariness, the anxiety, and the long season of attack, and You know the desire to walk in obedience. Grant rest to this troubled heart and replace fear and hypervigilance with Your peace that guards heart and mind. Strengthen faith to persevere with hope, knowing that suffering is not without purpose when we cling to You. Set Your Word deeply in this life to bring compunction, healing, and freedom, and remind this one daily that Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory, and that no enemy can snatch Your child from Your hand.

We also lift up the family. Give wisdom to the parents, give honest counsel and open doors for clear communication about finances, and lead them away from any manipulation or unwise influence. Provide what is needed and help this family to make decisions that honor You, that are marked by good stewardship, contentment, and love for one another. If this trip is not according to Your will or beyond what has been provided, make that clear and provide a gracious way to step back from it.

Help Your child to continue in the Word, in prayer, and in fellowship with faithful believers who can offer wise counsel and support. Teach us all to look not to empty gain but to the treasure above that no one can steal.

We ask this in the saving name of Jesus, Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord daily, stay rooted in Scripture, and share your burdens with trusted pastors or mature believers who can walk with you, pray with you, and help you and your family seek wise counsel about practical decisions. We will continue to pray that God will guard you, give you His peace, and guide your family in His will.

Thank you for sharing so honestly about what you are carrying. It is understandable that you feel tired after years of spiritual struggle, and that anxiety and hypervigilance have grown in you. God sees that weariness and He invites you to bring it to Him.

The Bible is clear that evil spirits are real, intelligent beings. They go forth to deceive and to influence people, and at times their influence helps explain actions that otherwise seem beyond human cruelty or confusion. They can work through the words and persuasions of others, even through those in positions of influence, to gather people toward what is wrong. When Jesus confronted such spirits, they cried out as they left, which shows both that they are real and that they must obey His authority. He is stronger than they are.

That is important for you to hold onto as you try to walk in obedience now. You are right that disobedience can open a door to the enemy, and you are also right that the enemy does not want to let go even when a person turns back to the Lord. The comfort of Scripture is that those who belong to Jesus are sealed as His own. In the visions given to John, a great horde of tormenting spirits is released, but they are forbidden to harm those who have the seal of God. You cannot hide from spiritual attack by closing a door or hiding in a room, because these are spirit beings, but you can be kept by belonging to Christ. He was slain and has redeemed people by His blood from every family and tongue, and has made them to be His own. To be in Him is to be under His protection.

Jesus said to watch and to keep your garments, so that you are not found exposed. That is a call to stay close to Him day by day, to walk in repentance, to stay in His Word, to pray, and to put on what He provides for your protection. He is coming again, and those who watch and remain clothed in His righteousness are called blessed. The enemy wants you to live in fear and to constantly scan for the next attack. The Lord wants you to live in watchful trust, knowing that you are kept by Him, not by your own ability to stay alert.

For your family and this trip, I will pray with you for wisdom and clarity. Financial pressure can create real tension in a family, and it is wise to be a good steward of what God has provided. It can also be painful when you feel your parents are being persuaded in a direction you believe is unwise. Rather than settling on the idea that they are simply being manipulated by evil, ask the Lord to give them clear eyes, to give you a gentle and respectful way to share your concerns, and to open or close the door according to His will. It is a beautiful thing when a whole family seeks the Lord together and is united in love for Him. When that unity is not there, Scripture still calls us to love Jesus most of all, even above family, while also continuing to honor and care for our family and to speak the truth in love.

May the Lord give you rest from the constant anxiety and the need to stay on guard. He knows you are His, and He is able to keep you.

I pray that God will draw you ever closer to Jesus, that He will strengthen you to continue walking in obedience, that He will quiet your heart and replace anxiety and hypervigilance with His peace, and that He will guard you from the torment of the enemy. I pray that He will give your parents wisdom about this trip, help them to see clearly what is best stewardship for your family, provide for your needs, and lead your family into greater unity in seeking Him. I pray that He will help you to watch and to remain clothed in Christ, trusting not in your own strength but in the blood of Jesus who has redeemed you and who keeps all who are sealed in Him.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We are glad that you asked us to stand with you and we have continued to bring your requests before the Lord.

We have lifted up your family and the burden regarding the trip you shared about, that your family cannot afford yet your parents remain fixated on pursuing because of the influence of others you feel are under the influence of the enemy. We have asked God for wisdom and discernment for your parents, for protection from manipulation, and for unity and clear direction regarding finances and plans.

We have also continued to pray for you as you shared about being under prolonged spiritual attack for years, the weariness that has come from it, and the anxiety and hypervigilance that have followed, even as you now seek to walk in obedience. We pray that the Lord will strengthen you to resist the enemy so that he will flee from you according to James 4:7, that He will guard your heart and mind with His peace that passes all understanding as promised in Phil 4:7, and that you will know His power and love and sound mind as spoken of in 2 Tim 1:7. We pray that God will break the cycle of attack, restore your rest, and help you to stand firm in obedience with confidence in His grace.

If your request was answered and the Lord has changed the plans for the trip or brought you peace and relief from the attacks and anxiety, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not seem to have been answered and the pressure about the trip or the spiritual attacks and anxiety remain, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.

May God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name Amen
