We join with you in lifting up your precious mother before the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon her body that this vomiting would cease and that her appetite and strength would be restored.
We are reminded that our God is our healer who cares deeply for our infirmities. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. And Jeremiah 30:17 declares, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also cling to the promise in Isaiah 53:5, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed. It is God's will for us to come to Him for healing, and 3 John 1:2 shows His heart for us, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share why we pray in His name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 tells us, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because of what Jesus did on the cross for us that we can boldly bring your mother before God's throne of grace with confidence that He hears us.
So together we pray. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear mother to You. We ask You to lay Your healing hand upon her, to calm her stomach, to stop this vomiting completely, and to restore her appetite and her strength. Lord, nourish her body and give her desire to eat again that she may regain health. We ask You to comfort her and to give wisdom to those caring for her and to any doctors treating her. Let Your peace rest upon this family as they trust in You. We pray that You would be glorified in her healing. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord while also seeking wise medical care for your mother, for God often works through physicians and provision of care. Keep her hydrated and help her to get the medical attention she needs, and keep praying without ceasing. James 5:15 reminds us, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. We stand with you in faith believing that God hears our prayers and will act according to His perfect will and mercy.

Your tender request concerning your mother has been brought before the Lord with sincere sympathy, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His merciful hand upon her.
It is indeed a great blessing when food and appetite meet together, for the Lord in His goodness gives both the provision and the desire to receive it. When appetite fails and the body rejects its nourishment, we feel how dependent we are upon Him who sustains our life from day to day. We will pray that He who first gave appetite will graciously restore it to your mother, and that the distress of vomiting which now afflicts her may be stayed by His healing power.
We are reminded that in Christ there is an abundance of healing virtue. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing, and His touch changes the life blood and makes the nature other than it was before. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction, for the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and He is able also to heal the weakness of the body.
Let us pray together.
O Lord our God, our heavenly Physician, look in compassion upon this afflicted mother. Thou seest her weakness, her want of appetite, and the vomiting that wearies her frame. Lay Thy gracious hand upon her and rebuke this infirmity. Restore unto her, we beseech Thee, a wholesome appetite and the power to retain and enjoy her food, that her strength may be renewed. Thou art He who satisfies the hungry soul and who giveth power to the faint. We ask not from merit but from mercy, through Jesus Christ Thy Son, who bore our sicknesses and carried our sorrows. Grant wisdom to those who care for her, and give to her and to her family a quiet trust in Thy good will, whether Thou art pleased to heal by sudden mercy or by gradual restoration. Let this trial draw all hearts nearer to Christ, who alone can satisfy and heal. In His name we ask it. Amen.
