It’s for justice I’m not trying to seek revenge your arm or anything, but I care about your people I care about my friend you care about my friend you care about your people you do not like injustice especially those that curse you and Matthew and too bad things to you and your people to fix this effective immediately ASAP we love you Lord he loves you so please do something

In Jesus Name Amen.

We hear your cry for justice and share in your concern for your friend who is facing unfair treatment in the workplace. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 22:22-23, "Don’t exploit the poor, because he is poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for the Lord will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them." It is clear that God does not tolerate injustice, and He will defend those who are oppressed.

We also see in Colossians 3:23-25, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. But he who does wrong will receive again for the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality." Your friend is working diligently, honoring God with his labor, and we believe the Lord sees his efforts and will reward him accordingly.

However, we must also address the desire for your friend to replace his boss and for the boss to get into trouble. While it is natural to feel anger and frustration at injustice, we are called to trust in God's timing and His perfect justice. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Instead of seeking revenge, we should pray for those who mistreat us and trust that God will handle the situation in His way and time.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, seeking Your justice and mercy. We lift up our brother who is facing unfair treatment at his workplace. Lord, You see his hard work and dedication, and we ask that You would reward him accordingly. Protect him from the corruption and injustice that surrounds him, and give him the strength to continue serving You in all that he does.

Father, we pray for those who are mistreating him. Soften their hearts, Lord, and help them to see the error of their ways. If it is Your will, bring conviction and repentance to those who are acting unjustly. We trust in Your perfect justice and ask that You would handle this situation according to Your will.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and patience for our brother. Help him to trust in You and not seek revenge, but instead, to show love and kindness even to those who mistreat him. Give him the strength to endure and the faith to believe that You are working all things together for his good.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to bring true justice and peace. Amen.

We encourage you and your friend to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to trust in His promises. Remember that God is a God of justice, and He will not let the wicked go unpunished. However, we must also remember to extend grace and love, even to those who mistreat us, as Christ has loved us.

In the meantime, encourage your friend to document any instances of unfair treatment and to seek wise counsel from trusted believers or professionals who can provide guidance on how to navigate this situation. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Together, we can trust that God will guide your friend through this challenging time.

We hear how much you carry for your friend and how painful it is to watch someone who works hard and tries to do things the right way be treated unfairly while others seem to cut corners, shift blame, and move on as if nothing happened. Your desire is not for payback but for what is right, and that matters to God and to us.

Job insecurity can feel like a real loss, even a kind of grief, with anxiety that grows as hours get cut or criticism increases. Alongside prayer it often helps to have a few clear, calm steps. If your friend is open to it, you might encourage him to quietly write down what has happened with dates and facts as he remembers them, and to seek wise, level headed counsel from someone he trusts outside the immediate conflict, whether a pastor, mentor, or a trusted person in the workplace who understands proper channels. Having another steady voice can help him sort next steps without carrying it alone. Your steady friendship, listening without rushing to fix, is already a gift to him.

Father, You see our friend and the situation at his work. You know the hard work he has done and the unfairness he is facing. We ask for Your protection over his job and for wisdom for every decision he faces. Bring truth to light and guide those in authority to act justly. Give both him and the one who wrote to us peace as they trust You with what they cannot control. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your cry for justice has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace where the Lord reigns in righteousness and hates oppression.

The Lord sees what is done in secret and what is done openly. He is not blind to corruption, nor deaf to the prayer of the upright. As it was with Job, whom God declared to be a perfect and an upright man, yet who suffered much wrong and was even accused falsely by those around him, so your friend now labors faithfully while others seek only gain and deal corruptly. Take comfort from the word, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. In trial and under temptation he kept right with God, he fell down and worshipped, and he waited upon the Lord who at last turned his captivity.

We must not seek revenge, for vengeance belongs unto the Lord, but we may and must seek justice, for the Lord loves judgment and will by no means clear the guilty. To pinpoint the wrong upon the innocent and to pervert what is right is an abomination before Him. We pray therefore not from a spirit of retaliation, but from a love of righteousness and a care for your friend and for all who are affected by this wrong.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, Thou who art just and true, Thou who hast revealed Thyself as a God who executest righteousness and judgment for the oppressed, look upon this workplace and upon this corruption of which Thy child complains. Thou knowest the hard labour of this friend who does what he ought to do, and Thou knowest the unfaithfulness of those who labour only for money and return to their own ways without conscience. Bring to light what is hidden, restrain what is evil, and stop the hand of corruption. If it be Thy will, preserve this man in his honest employment, let his integrity be vindicated, and let no false charge prosper against him.

We ask Thee to deal with those in authority according to Thy wisdom. Convict the heart of the employer and of those colleagues who have done wrong, that they may turn from their course and do justly and love mercy. If they will not repent, we leave them in Thy hands, for Thou art Judge of all the earth and Thou wilt do right. Let justice be done in its season, and let Thy name be honoured in the outcome. Grant to Thy servant patience like that of Job, that he may not faint under trial, and faith like his, that though he be tried he may still trust Thee. And as Thou didst turn the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends, teach us also to pray even for those who have offended, that Thy mercy and Thy justice may both be displayed.

We ask this not because we are worthy, but through Jesus Christ our Lord, who alone is our salvation and our righteousness, in whose name we have access unto the Father. Sustain Thy people, keep them from sin in their sorrow, and let them see that their longest sorrows have a close when Thou hast gotten Thy purpose in them.

We will continue to remember you and your friend before the Lord, asking that He will give fresh strength as He once gave to Job, whose glory was made fresh and whose latter end was more blessed than his beginning. Wait upon the Lord, keep His way, and He shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry against corruption and injustice has been heard, and it is right to bring this before the Lord, for God does not delight in injustice. He sees when hard work is ignored, when customers are neglected, when money is loved more than people, and when blame is shifted onto the innocent.

Scripture teaches that sin itself is a corruption of the soul. It dissolves what is good and beautiful in a person, just as corruption breaks down a body or a house. That kind of corruption may be hidden from employers or courts for a time, and rulers and flatterers may even cover it up, but God has placed a judge within each person, the conscience, which cannot be bribed. It remains awake, scourging and gnawing, and no one escapes it. Even when earthly justice seems slow or twisted, God is not deceived, and His judgment is true. He will not let injustice stand forever.

At the same time, the Lord calls those who suffer under such wrong to remain faithful as Job did. Job lost much and was surrounded by false counsel, yet he refused to curse God and held fast to integrity. His trial showed that the greatest loss is not a job or possessions, but to be separated from God, and the greatest gain is to remain steadfast with Him. Encourage your friend to continue doing what is right, to work honestly as unto the Lord, and to bear this trial with patience, trusting that God is using even this difficulty to prove and refine him.

It is understandable to want the wrongdoer to be exposed and removed, and to want justice to come quickly. God does love justice and He commands us to pray for it. Yet He also commands us not to seek revenge for ourselves. Vengeance belongs to Him. Instead of asking for personal retaliation, we are to ask for righteousness to be revealed, for corruption to be stopped, for the innocent to be protected, and even for those doing wrong to come to repentance. Christ Himself entered places of corruption not to join in it but as a physician who endures the sickness of others in order to heal them. We should pray in that same spirit, desiring not only that wrong be stopped but that hearts be changed.

So let us pray together for what is good and right.

Father in heaven, You see all corruption and You hate injustice. You see this workplace, You see the hard work that is overlooked, the customers who are not cared for, the rudeness and dishonesty, and the blame placed on the wrong person. Lord, bring what is hidden into the light and stop what is corrupt. Protect this friend who is trying to do what is right, and provide for his needs according to Your wisdom. If it is Your will, keep his job secure, and give him favor to continue honest work. Work in the hearts of his colleagues and his employer, convict them of sin, and lead them to repentance and to honest dealings. Guard us from a spirit of revenge, and teach us to love justice while leaving judgment in Your hands. Give peace and strength to endure, and keep this friend from bitterness or from speaking against You in trial. We ask for salvation and hope only through Jesus Christ Your Son, who suffered and died and rose again to make us whole. Make our souls incorruptible through virtue and faithfulness to You.

In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.
