Stop The Ocular Migraines

It starts with a blind spot in one eye then zigzags-flashes for about 30 minutes and after a pounding headache that lasts for hours. I called a neurologist and apparently I owe two 15$ copay from old Ins. from three yrs ago so they won't schedule me until i pay. My new ins. I have 40 copays and I'm out of work now so I have to pay my job my benefits every week to. No money no checks coming in I can't get the help I need this is stressing me out. What if something bad happens but I can't go to the dr, I'm scared. Please help. Please stop these ocular migraines.
