Stop The Ocular Migraines

It starts with a blind spot in one eye then zigzags-flashes for about 30 minutes and after a pounding headache that lasts for hours. I called a neurologist and apparently I owe two $15 copays from old insurance from three years ago so they won't schedule me until I pay. My new insurance I have 40 copays and I'm out of work now so I have to pay my job my benefits every week too. No money, no checks coming in, I can't get the help I need. This is stressing me out. What if something bad happens but I can't go to the doctor, I'm scared. Please help. Please stop these ocular migraines.
