Please Stop These Ocular Migraines And Headaches

I'm getting them more frequent almost everyday and they're affecting my vision, my head, my life! When this happens I cant see out of one eye cause there is an aura of zigzag flashes in my sight for about a half hour. It starts with a prodome; like a spot, a flash plus a headache this can last minutes,hours to days before i get the ocular migraine. I get headaches before and after I feel confused and nauseas, I just want them to stop! I feel like I'm losing vision, that I may have a tumor and I'm scared.
