Beloved of All
This constant going to rest room has to stop, even OTC meds not really helping this loose bowels. Veggies and fruit waisting as afraid this may add to the problem or it's the newer supplements Lord Jesus have mercy on your servants, and bless our week and weekend that we and loved ones can all be healed amen

We hear your distress and come before the Lord with you, lifting up these persistent stomach issues that have disrupted your daily life. Physical suffering is a heavy burden, and we stand with you in seeking God’s healing touch. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." Our God is not only the Great Physician but also the One who sustains us in every trial.

First, we encourage you to seek wise medical counsel if you haven’t already. Proverbs 15:22 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." A healthcare provider can help identify the root cause of these symptoms, whether dietary, stress-related, or something else. While supplements can be beneficial, some may irritate the digestive system, especially if taken in excess or without proper guidance. We pray for discernment as you evaluate what may be contributing to this issue.

We also want to gently address the mention of fear in your request, fear of certain foods worsening your condition. While caution is understandable, fear can become a snare if it leads to unnecessary restriction or anxiety. 2 Timothy 1:7 reminds us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We pray for peace to replace fear and for wisdom in nourishing your body without distress.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this burden of persistent stomach issues. Lord, You know every detail of this struggle, and You care deeply for Your child. We ask for Your healing touch to restore balance and comfort. Guide them to the right medical help, and grant them wisdom in their diet and supplements. Replace fear with faith, and let them trust in Your provision for their health. We declare Your promise from Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit, and bless their week and weekend with Your peace. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We also encourage you to examine any sources of stress or anxiety in your life, as these can manifest physically. Philippians 4:6-7 says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Surrender these worries to the Lord, and trust Him to carry you through.

Lastly, we want to affirm that your prayer was heard and honored, as you called on the name of Jesus. There is power in His name, and it is the only name by which we can approach the Father. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We are so grateful you invoked His name, and we stand with you in faith, believing for His mercy and healing.

We can feel the exhaustion in your words, when your body won’t settle long enough to let you rest, it wears down more than just your strength. The not knowing what’s safe to eat, watching the week unfold with this shadow over it, and wondering if the very things meant to help might be making things worse, that’s a heavy load. We’re so sorry you’re facing this.

One thing we’d gently encourage: since over-the-counter medicines haven’t turned things around and you’re afraid to eat fruits and veggies, it may be time to have a doctor take a look. It’s not lack of faith to seek wise medical help, it can be a relief to have a clearer picture and a plan, rather than guessing and worrying. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Right now, even as you wait for answers, know that we are praying for you, for your own body, for the people you love whose healing you’re carrying on your heart, and for this week and weekend to hold pockets of peace instead of just distress.

Please pray with us: Lord Jesus, we lift this servant to You. You know the fear and frustration that churning in the stomach brings, and how it steals attention from the life You’ve given. Bring relief, steady their system, and guide any doctor they see. Give them a few days of calm, a weekend where their body settles and they can breathe. Guard their loved ones in whatever healing they need too. We don’t demand answers, but we ask for Your mercy, in whatever form it comes. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

This trial of the bowels, this constant weakness and shrinking from the food that should nourish you, is not hidden from the eye of your God. He who made the body knows its frame, and His tender mercy stoops to the very dust of our physical infirmities. You cry out for healing, and rightly so, yet let me remind you that the Lord often permits such distresses to drive us to the well where He awaits, even as the angel met Hagar in the wilderness. In that desert place, the questions came: “Whence camest thou? and whither wilt thou go?” Even now, your answer may be, “I flee from this affliction, I know not whither.” But mercy’s voice sounds out: You are seen, you are known, and the God of your mercy goes before you.

Do not fix your hope upon the medicine chest alone, nor despair when the remedies fail; these leaves of the apothecary are but shadows of the true healing leaves which grow upon the tree of life. The least thing about Christ, the very skirt of His garment, is charged with healing virtue for body and soul. Yet His mercy would do more than calm the troubled stomach: He would cleanse the conscience, renew the heart, and make you whole in the deepest sense. Many seek physical relief while their soul lies unhealed, but the Lord’s design is always larger. A sound hope in His mercy feels its need of mercy first. Have you come to that? Have you confessed that you are a sinner, and that the Great Physician alone can deal with both the root and the fruit of all your maladies?

Beware of a false hope that presumes upon God’s kindness while neglecting repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. True hope clings to the blood of the cross, where every sin was put away in a moment. When that saving mercy overtakes you, the dry bottles of your heart will be filled with tears of gratitude, and you will find that the very things you feared, your diet, your supplements, become matters entrusted to a faithful Creator. He who feeds the sparrows will guide you in what to eat and what to avoid; His wisdom is better than all anxious fretting. And remember, the Lord is slow to anger and plenteous in mercy. He has not cast you off because of this affliction; rather, He is drawing you with cords of love.

I would not have you ignorant of this: your present trial may be the singular season when mercy makes its voice heard. While you are yet calling, He hears. Lift up your heart, then, and say, “Thou art my God.” For God hath said, “I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy.” Let this word sustain you and your loved ones. Pray with confidence; expect deliverance though the sea roll before you. And as you trust the Savior who died and rose again, may you soon declare His wondrous works, testifying that His leaves are indeed for healing, and that in fearing Him you have found nothing else to fear.

This constant physical affliction is grievous indeed, and I share your pain, for the body’s weakness can distract the soul from prayer and crush the spirit. Yet remember that God permits such trials not to abandon us but to draw us nearer to Himself, for he who thinks he stands must take heed lest he fall. The loosening of your bowels, though humiliating and wearying, may be a means to loose your hold on this world and bind you more tightly to Christ. Do not fear the food God gives; the earth is the Lord’s, and its produce is not unclean of itself.

If your conscience is troubled, eat with thanksgiving, for it is not what enters the body that defiles, but what proceeds from the heart. As for the supplements, if they cause you to stumble, cast them aside, though it be at a loss, lest they add to your despondency. The true medicine is a quiet trust in the Lord Jesus, who bore our infirmities and whose mercy is new every morning. Pray not only for healing, but for grace to endure, for the body’s temporary affliction works a far more exceeding weight of glory when the soul is refined.

I do not write this as one who stands above you, for I too am compassed with weakness, and must watch lest I be a castaway. But I am persuaded that this light, momentary trouble is preparing you for deeper fellowship with Christ, if you offer it up as a living sacrifice. He who calmed the sea and raised the dead is not deaf to your groaning. Therefore, take courage; do not shrink back in fear, but approach the throne of grace with confidence, that you may obtain mercy and find help in time of need.

The distress of a stomach that won't settle goes deeper than the body often realizes. Scripture pictures the bowels as the seat of our most intense emotions, the place where joy, compassion, and even deep anxiety grab hold so tightly that you feel it in your gut. When you've laughed until your sides ached, or when grief has turned your stomach, you’ve tasted what the ancients meant. The physical symptoms you’re enduring now may well be tangled up with fears about the very food and supplements meant to nourish you.

Yet what defiles a person or complicates their standing before God is never what goes into the mouth. The kingdom isn’t a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. If vegetables, fruit, or a new supplement trouble your conscience because you’re afraid they’ll make things worse, then set them aside for a time. Not because the food is spiritually dangerous, but because living in suspicion and dread will only tighten the knot in your stomach further. The idol at the pagan altar was nothing; food is food. The same Lord who receives publicans and sinners at his table isn’t offended by what’s on yours. Eat whatever you can receive with thanksgiving, trusting the Father who feeds the birds and clothes the lilies.

Consider the fear that truly matters. To fear the Lord is to revere his holiness and rest in his justice, not to spend your days afraid of a bathroom trip or a stray ingredient. That kind of holy fear brings wisdom; it steadies the heart and calms the anxious inner workings. When the psalmist cried out, he acknowledged that God’s judgments are true and righteous altogether. The deepest healing, the forgiveness of sins and peace with God through Jesus Christ, is already yours if you belong to him. That miracle outshines every temporary reprieve of the body, even while you ache for relief today.

Think of the loaf we break: as we each partake, we’re mysteriously made one with him and with each other. In him our salvation is complete, and nothing in this world can sever that union. Let that truth sink past the head into the very region that’s churning. Ask him to refresh those deep places with his presence. Cast every fear about food, supplements, and health onto him, because he cares for you. The lion of the tribe of Judah has prevailed; the lamb who was slain now holds the scroll of history. He will deal justly with every sorrow, including the ones right now that send you running again. May his mercy quiet your body, fill the hollowed space of worry with his perfect love, and in his time grant healing for you and your loved ones, so that instead of wasting away with fear you find even your stomach able to rest in the goodness of God.
