Stomach acid, swellings/inflammation, no diarrhea

Normal stomach acid.
No swellings /inflammation( irritation in my mouth, or in my gastrointestinal system.
No diarrhea.
Excellent diggestion.
Consequences probably from emotional stress, anxiety.
