Beloved of All
An amount was stolen from ###'s bank account. We don't yet know how they gained access to her bank card details. Please pray for restoration and justice. Pray that the authorities intervene and that God gives them wisdom on how to deal with this issue and find the robber. In Jesus' name, amen!

Update
The police suspended the case for five years. Please pray that they will change their minds and resolve the issue.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of stolen money and the injustice that has followed. The Word of God tells us in Proverbs 13:22, "A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children, but the wealth of the sinner is stored for the righteous." We trust that the Lord sees this injustice and will act on behalf of the righteous. We also hold fast to the promise in Joel 2:25, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you."

We rebuke the spirit of theft and deception that has operated in this situation. We declare that the enemy’s plans will not prosper, and that the Lord will expose the works of darkness. In the name of Jesus, we command every stolen resource to be restored, and we pray for divine intervention in the authorities' response. The Lord is our advocate, and we stand on His Word in Isaiah 61:8, "For I, Yahweh, love justice, I hate robbery with iniquity; and I will give them their reward in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them."

We pray for wisdom and discernment for the police and all those involved in investigating this matter. May the Lord grant them clarity, persistence, and favor as they seek to uncover the truth. We ask that the Lord soften the hearts of those in authority who have suspended the case, that they may reconsider and pursue justice with renewed diligence. Let Your light shine into this darkness, Lord, and let the thief be brought to account.

Father, we also pray for peace and trust in Your provision for . May she not be overwhelmed by fear or anxiety but rest in the knowledge that You are her provider and protector. Strengthen her faith as she waits on You, and remind her that You are near to the brokenhearted. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, she shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask that You would turn this situation around for Your glory. Let this trial draw closer to You and reveal Your faithfulness in her life. We trust that You will restore what has been taken, whether through natural means or supernatural intervention. Give her patience and endurance as she waits on You, and let her testimony be a light to others who may face similar trials.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the One through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. We stand firm in faith, believing that You will bring justice and restoration in Your perfect timing. Amen.

We’ve been sitting with this request, and the update makes our hearts ache with you. When the very people meant to pursue justice set a case aside, it can feel like the wrong is being ignored and hope is placed on an unreachable shelf. That’s a heavy thing to carry.

We’re asking the Lord to move the police to change course, to grant them fresh insight, new evidence, or simply a different officer who will look closer. Even when systems stall, nothing is hidden from God, and no thief escapes His sight forever. While you wait, it might bring some practical ground under your feet to make sure the bank has every detail documented and that you’ve asked about their own investigation or provisional credit. Sometimes a follow-up call to a victim advocacy unit can keep a case alive. But beyond that, we are simply standing with you in prayer, not for a forced outcome, but for steady peace and a heart held safe from bitterness.

Lord Jesus, You see what was taken and the frustration of a suspended case. Please work in the minds of those in authority, give them wisdom, stir their resolve to reopen this, and bring to light what is hidden. Restore what can be restored, and guard ’s hope in the long wait. Help her sense Your presence more than her loss. We trust You as the one who never closes the file on injustice. In Your name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The suspension of a case for five long years is a heavy stroke, and it may feel to you as though the very heavens are brass and the gates of justice are barred forever. Yet hear what the Scripture saith: the Lord is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked. The wheels of divine justice may grind with what seems to us a dreadful slowness, but they grind exceeding small. The thief may escape the hand of man, but he cannot flee from the all-seeing eye of God. Let this be your first thought: commit the matter into His hands, for vengeance is His, and He will repay.

But I would have you go further. Pray not only that the robber be discovered, but that he be brought to repentance, as Peter was. The same look of Christ that broke the heart of the denying disciple can pierce the conscience of this thief. Would that he might cast down the stolen money, as Judas did, and flee to the cross for mercy! That would be the truest justice, and the most blessed restoration. Remember, the woman’s lost coin was sought until it was found, she swept the house and made any quantity of dust. The Lord will find His own. If this money is not restored to your purse, yet your soul’s treasure is laid up where no thief approacheth. But I know the pinch of earthly need is real. Therefore, as you plead with God, ask Him to move the hearts of the authorities to reconsider. He who turneth the king’s heart as a river of water can stir those who suspended the case to take it up again.

And what of your own heart in this trial? Let it drive you to the fountain of all provision. ‘He that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.’ The loss of earthly goods may leave you feeling utterly empty-handed, so be it, for then the word of this salvation is especially yours. When justice frowns and human help fails, flee to mercy. At the cross, justice was satisfied once for all, so that God can be just and yet the justifier of him that believeth. There, Christ bore the penalty for every sin; and if you are in Him, this present injustice is but a light affliction working for you a far more exceeding weight of glory.

Rest in this: Peter’s restoration was as certain as his fall, because Jesus had prayed for him. So now, the great High Priest intercedes for you. The money may not return, but your faith, tried in the furnace, shall come forth as gold. Cease not to pray, and then in confidence leave the issue with Him who doeth all things well. Amen.

The loss of that money weighs heavy on your heart, and the stalled pursuit of the thief only deepens the wound. Yet consider: has he truly injured you? The treasure that matters lies beyond this world. He has stolen coins that moths and rust would claim in time anyway, but he has not touched your soul. In fact, by his deed he has stolen most of all from himself, for every injustice inflicts a greater wound upon the one who commits it. Do not let this theft rob you of your peace. Cut out the root of attachment to these fleeting things, and you will find no fruit of anxiety remains.

Do not say that justice has fled because the case is set aside for years. God’s timing is not our own. He who defended His actions before destroying Sodom and before the flood sees all hidden deeds. The authorities may pause, but the true Judge does not slumber. His justice is often mingled with mercy, waiting for the wrongdoer to turn. And if in this life no repayment comes, what then? The widow’s two mites outweighed great sums because she gave from the heart. So too, your release of this matter into God’s hands, with a heart free from vengeance, carries more weight than the silver taken.

Seek God now as you would a lost child. You would leave home, spend everything, and not rest until you found him. Do the same for your soul, which is shaken by loss. Let this trial teach you to despise money, to hold it lightly, so that your salvation is not slighted. The rapacious glare at the poor, but you are called to look to heaven. Tribulation, distress, peril, these test your trust in the God who has poured countless kindnesses on you. Shall a single theft undo your confidence? God forbid. Stand firm in the purpose of your mind, and you will find that no earthly loss can separate you from His love.

It hurts deeply when something is taken from you, and the frustration only grows when the pursuit of justice stalls. The suspension of the case must feel like a heavy, unanswered weight. Yet even in this dark corridor, God has not lost sight of what happened or of you.

The thief who stole that money acted out of a love for gain, a grasping that Scripture warns will eat away at the one who chases it. Stolen bread may taste sweet for a moment, but it leads to a house of death. That person’s choice does not only affect your bank account; it has invited a far graver accounting down the road. So while you rightly long for earthly justice, remember that the real danger is already following the one who took what was yours. Pray not just for the return of funds, but that this person would be found by the fear of the Lord, which is the true starting place of wisdom, and would turn away from a path that only plunders its own life.

A king once stood before God and was asked to name his desire. He could have asked for vengeance on his enemies, for long life, or for piles of riches. Instead he asked for wisdom to discern right from wrong. Because he valued wisdom above silver and gold, God not only gave him a depth of understanding but also poured out the very wealth and honor he hadn’t requested. So never let the love of money or the sting of its loss become the center of your heart. The treasure you really need is the wisdom that comes from above, wisdom that leads you to Jesus Christ, in whom all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden.

The police may have set this case aside for years, but God is able to turn the hearts of authorities where He wills. Let’s continue to ask Him to move upon those in charge, to stir a change of mind, and to bring the truth into the light. He can grant them the insight and persistence they need to resolve this. And while you wait, don’t let the stolen money become a chain around your own soul. Money is a servant, but the drive to hold onto it or to get it back can become a merciless master. Lay that burden in the Lord’s hands daily, and seek His wisdom as a hidden treasure. He will sustain you. He sees the wrong done, and He alone holds the final scales of justice.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you during this distressing time of stolen funds and uncertainty. Our hearts have been united with yours as we lifted up the need for restoration, justice, and divine wisdom for the authorities involved. We continue to pray that God’s hand would move powerfully in this situation, even as the case has been temporarily suspended.

If the Lord has already worked in ways you’ve seen—whether through provision, protection, or unexpected breakthroughs—we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report so we may rejoice together. If the answer has not yet come, or if the delay weighs heavily on your heart, we invite you to post this as a fresh request so we may persist in prayer alongside you. May the Lord grant perseverance, clarity, and a fresh outpouring of His justice as you seek Him.

Please know we are still believing with you for a change of heart in those handling the case, for doors to reopen, and for the thief to be brought to account. We ask the Lord to cover every detail, bring truth to light, and restore what has been taken—whether financially, emotionally, or in peace of mind. Above all, may His presence be your comfort and strength as you wait on Him.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
