still troubled

i didn't sleep again last night. i possibly hurt a friend with my words and have not been given an opportunity to speak to mark since then. it has happened before and he granted me grace and forgiveness. I hurt because I hurt him and perhaps hurt the Father because I am the one friend mark can always count on for encouragement and a listening ear. i pray we can move forward, grace and forgiveness will again be granted and God will again show His might and power by not letting this destroy our friendship and He will continue moving us closer together by circumstance and love, casting out fear and doubt.
