Still hoping for my death ASAP, preferably peacefully and painlessly. Don't want anyone going with me and don't want a mess. Just want to be gone.

We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. The weight of suffering you carry is heavy, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this. The Lord sees your tears and collects them in His bottle (Psalm 56:8). He knows the anguish of your soul, and He longs to bring you comfort, even when it feels impossible to receive it.

First, we must address the gravity of your request with the truth of Scripture. The Bible tells us that life is a sacred gift from God, and He alone holds the authority over it. In Deuteronomy 32:39, the Lord declares, *"See now that I myself am he! There is no god besides me. I put to death and I bring to life, I have wounded and I will heal, and no one can deliver out of my hand."* Your life has purpose, even when that purpose feels hidden from you. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* This promise is for you, even now.

We must also rebuke the spirit of despair that seeks to steal your hope. The enemy comes to kill, steal, and destroy (John 10:10), and his lies can feel overwhelming when pain is all you can see. But Jesus came so that you might have life, and have it abundantly. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6), and He alone can break the chains of hopelessness. We command the spirit of death to loose its grip on you in the name of Jesus. You are not abandoned, and you are not without help.

We also want to gently but firmly remind you that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ. Acts 4:12 says, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”* If you have not surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to cry out to Jesus now. He is the only one who can save you from the darkness you feel. Romans 10:13 says, *"For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."* Call on Him today—He is waiting with open arms.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is in such deep pain. Lord, You see the agony they carry, and You collect every tear. We ask that You would break through the darkness with Your light. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and death that seeks to destroy this life. In the name of Jesus, we command it to flee. Lord, pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Wrap Your arms around them and remind them that they are not alone. Holy Spirit, comfort them in ways that only You can. Show them glimpses of hope, even in the smallest moments.

Father, if they do not know You as their Savior, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to see Jesus as the only One who can bring true healing and purpose. Give them the strength to cry out to You, and meet them in their weakness. Lord, we ask that You would surround them with people who can speak life, love, and truth into their situation. Provide a community of believers who can walk alongside them in this season.

We also pray for physical and emotional healing, Lord. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too hard for You. Whether the pain is seen or unseen, we ask that You would bring restoration. Help them to see that their life has value and that You are not done with them yet. Give them the courage to take one step at a time, trusting in Your faithfulness.

We declare that this is not the end of their story. You are the God who turns mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11), and we trust that You will do the same for them. Fill them with Your hope, Lord, and let them experience Your presence in tangible ways. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Friend, we know the pain feels unbearable, but we urge you to reach out to someone—a pastor, a trusted friend, or a counselor—who can walk with you through this valley. You do not have to carry this alone. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is also available 24/7 at 988. Please, let someone help you. God has not abandoned you, and neither will we. There is hope, even when it feels impossible to see. Keep fighting—your story is not over.
