Still Have Back Pain, Nausea, and Swollen Ankles, Dizzy, High Blood Pressure

Lord please help me I now have high pressure and still very dizzy, back pain and have swollen ankles. I am terrified. I have put this off for so long but I have to start exercising...please help give me the strength to do so now and help to heal my body. Amen.
