Standing In The Need Of Prayer

Can someone please help me pray for healing, I took a multi vitamin shot back in March the side effects are heart palpitations, numbness, fatigue, psychological issues, and muscle cramps. I still feel the side effects, I've been to a few doctors even the hospital but they say it's stress and anxiety, I didn't have none of this before the shot and the medication they keep switching it but it's not working. Please dear GOD have mercy on me and heal me in JESUS name I pray Lord Amen. Thank you to anyone out there for your prayers, God bless.
