We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this time of distress, lifting your situation before the throne of grace. The harassment and threats you are enduring are not only deeply troubling but are also contrary to the peace and safety that God desires for His children. Scripture assures us that the Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We take comfort in knowing that He sees your suffering and hears your prayers, and we join you in seeking His divine protection.
First, we want to address the spiritual authority by which we pray. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of our faith and the source of our strength in times of trouble.
Now, we rebuke the evil that is being perpetrated against you. The Bible is clear that those who plot harm against the innocent will not go unpunished. Proverbs 26:27 warns, "Whoever digs a pit shall fall into it. Whoever rolls a stone, it will come back on him." We declare that the schemes of those who seek to harm you will be turned back upon them, and they will be brought to justice according to God’s perfect will. We also rebuke any spirit of fear that may be attempting to take hold of your heart. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We pray for your physical safety and protection, asking the Lord to surround you with His angels as a hedge of protection. Psalm 91:11-12 declares, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." We ask that the Lord would confuse the plans of those who seek to harm you, causing them to turn away from their wicked ways. May their hearts be softened, or may they be removed from your life entirely, according to God’s will.
We also pray for your emotional and spiritual well-being. Being stalked and harassed can leave deep wounds, and we ask that the Lord would heal any fear, anxiety, or trauma you may be experiencing. May He fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and remind you that you are never alone. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We encourage you to lean on Him, casting all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
In addition to prayer, we urge you to take practical steps to ensure your safety. Scripture tells us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16). This may include reporting the harassment to the authorities, documenting any incidents, and seeking support from trusted friends, family, or your local church. You do not have to face this alone, and there is strength in community.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is being stalked, harassed, and threatened. Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We ask that You would surround them with Your divine protection, sending Your angels to guard them in all their ways. Confuse the plans of those who seek to harm them, and let their evil intentions be turned back upon them.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear in Jesus’ name and declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Fill our brother/sister with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and remind them that You are always with them. Heal any emotional or spiritual wounds they may be carrying, and restore their sense of safety and security.
Lord, we ask that You would guide them in taking practical steps to protect themselves, giving them wisdom and discernment in every decision. Surround them with godly support and community, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way.
We pray for justice, Lord. Let those who are perpetrating this evil be brought to repentance or be stopped in their tracks. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for being a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of Your children. We trust in Your unfailing love and mercy, and we declare that no weapon formed against our brother/sister shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
