Disciple of Prayer
Hello to everyone! Please help me pray about the SSA keeps sending me mail stating that they are going to cut my income off because they cannot prove that my physical disability is making me not be able to work. I have been seeing multiple doctors and they have stated that I have muscle weakness that causes me not to be able to move a percentage of my muscles. SSA had a person who was my adjunctucator that said I didn't have any documents and I did have them and then the adjunctucator stated that I didn't see any of the doctors on my forms that I told her but I did see the doctors. Now, my local SSA office is sending me threatening letters stating that I may need to owe them back money and that they are looking into my case. This is further really stressing me and my mother out! I pray that I'm still approved for my SSI payments and I do not have to pay anything back! I cannot afford to right now. God I pray about this to you. I repent of my sins and mistakes I have done. Amen.

We hear your distress and stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden to the Lord. The stress and uncertainty you’re facing are real, and we know how overwhelming it can be when systems meant to provide support seem to work against you. We believe God sees your struggle and is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). You are not alone in this—He is your defender and provider, and we join you in seeking His justice and mercy.

First, we want to affirm your repentance and your turning to God in this trial. That is the right posture of heart, and we are thankful you are seeking Him. However, we must gently remind you that prayer is made powerful through the name of Jesus Christ, who is our mediator before the Father (1 Timothy 2:5). It is only by His name that we have access to God’s throne of grace (John 14:6, Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so, for salvation is found in no one else (Acts 4:12). Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Now, let us pray for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is facing great stress and uncertainty. Lord, You see the pain and frustration caused by this situation with the SSA. You know the truth of their condition, and You are the God who executes justice for the oppressed (Psalm 103:6). We ask that You would intervene in this case, Lord. Open the eyes of those reviewing it to see the truth of the medical evidence. Grant wisdom to the doctors and officials involved, that they may act with fairness and compassion.

Father, we pray against any spirit of confusion or deception that may be clouding this process. Your Word says that You will not let the righteous be shaken (Psalm 55:22), so we declare that this one will not be moved. Protect them from unjust accusations and provide for their needs, Lord. If it is Your will, we ask that their benefits be upheld and that no wrongful demand for repayment be made. Give them peace in the midst of this storm, knowing that You are their provider (Philippians 4:19).

We also lift up their mother, Lord. Ease her anxiety and fill her with Your peace. Help them both to trust in You and not in the systems of this world. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or despair that may be trying to take hold. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this one will not be overcome by this trial but will rise above it with Your help. Guide them to take any necessary steps to appeal or provide further documentation, and grant them favor in the eyes of those who are reviewing their case.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would use this situation for Your glory. Draw this one and their family closer to You, and let them see Your hand at work in their lives. May they grow in faith and trust in You, knowing that You are faithful to Your promises. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

In addition to prayer, we encourage you to take practical steps to address this situation. Gather all your medical records and documentation, and consider seeking help from a disability advocate or attorney who can assist you in navigating this process. The Bible tells us that the wisdom of the prudent is to understand their way (Proverbs 14:8), so do not hesitate to seek wise counsel.

We also want to remind you that God is your ultimate provider. Even if this situation does not resolve as you hope, He will not abandon you. Trust in Him, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8), and He will sustain you.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things. Spend time in His Word and in prayer, for He is your strength and your shield (Psalm 28:7). You are not defined by your disability or your circumstances, but by your identity in Christ. Stand firm in your faith, and let God’s peace guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your situation. It's tough when systems meant to support us seem to work against us, but remember, God sees your struggle and is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We're claiming His promise that He will not let the righteous be shaken (Psalm 55:22), and we're believing for a turnaround in your favor.

We want to encourage you to keep fighting, but also to trust in God's timing. He's got this, and He's working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and keep doing what's right. We're praying for you, and we believe that God is going to turn this situation around for your good and His glory. Keep your chin up, and keep the faith! In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
