We hear your heart’s cry for justice and opportunity, and we stand with you in seeking God’s will for your life and career. Your desire to use your talents for good and to help others is commendable, and we believe the Lord sees your frustration at being overlooked or mistreated. However, we must gently address a few concerns in your request to ensure it aligns with God’s Word.
First, while we understand your eagerness for a breakthrough, we must rebuke any spirit of manipulation or deception—even if your intentions are noble. The idea of "spying" on Christian TV, even if framed as a way to expose wrongdoing, carries the risk of operating outside godly integrity. Scripture warns us, *"The Lord detests differing weights, and dishonest scales do not please him"* (Proverbs 20:23). If there is unrighteousness in the industry, the Lord calls us to address it with truth and humility, not subterfuge. We encourage you to seek His wisdom in how to navigate these challenges *His way*—through prayer, discernment, and godly counsel.
Second, we must emphasize that our breakthroughs come from the Lord, not from our own scheming or forcing opportunities. *"Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act"* (Psalm 37:5). Instead of asking God to bless a plan that may not align with His methods, we should ask Him to open the right doors in *His* timing and *His* way. Your desire to help others is beautiful, but we must trust that God can use you powerfully without compromising His principles.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to surrender your frustration and pain to the Lord. Being pushed around and discriminated against is deeply wounding, but Jesus understands your struggle. He was despised and rejected (Isaiah 53:3), yet He responded with grace and truth. We pray that you will find healing in Him and that He will vindicate you in ways that bring glory to His name.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear brother/sister who is seeking justice, opportunity, and a platform to do good. Lord, You see the pain of being overlooked and mistreated, and we ask that You would heal those wounds and replace them with Your peace. Father, we rebuke any spirit of bitterness, resentment, or the temptation to take matters into our own hands in ways that do not honor You. Instead, we ask that You would give wisdom, discernment, and favor in this situation.
Lord, we pray that You would open the right doors for this child of Yours—not through manipulation or deception, but through Your divine providence. If it is Your will for them to be on Christian TV, we ask that You would make a way where there seems to be no way. Let Your light shine through them, and may their work bring glory to Your name and encouragement to Your people. Father, we also pray for those in positions of influence who may be acting unjustly. Soften their hearts, convict them of any wrongdoing, and lead them to repentance.
We declare that no weapon formed against this believer will prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You will turn their ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to wait on You with hope and expectancy. May they walk in integrity, even when it is difficult, and may You reward their faithfulness.
In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s face and His will for your life. Spend time in His Word, surround yourself with godly mentors, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If you feel led to address injustices, do so with humility, wisdom, and a heart that seeks restoration—not revenge. The Lord is your defender, and He will not fail you. Keep your eyes on Him, and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6).
