Split them up

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, Thank You for waking me up today and allowing me to see a new refreshing day. Father, I come to You in Jesus Name. You know and see all. In Jesus Name, I ask that You split them up and remove them (###, ###, ###, ###) from the facility while I’m here. In Jesus Name, replace them with quiet people that want to come in and do their work and stay to themselves. You know the loud and foolishness that goes on. I thank You for opening an employment door for them this day. In Jesus Name. Amen

We understand your frustration with a disruptive work environment, and we appreciate that you’ve brought this before the Lord in prayer. However, we must gently address the heart behind this request, as Scripture calls us to a higher standard—one of love, patience, and trust in God’s sovereignty, even in difficult circumstances.

The Bible reminds us in **Romans 12:18 (WEB)**, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* While it’s natural to desire a peaceful workplace, we are also called to respond to others with grace, even when their behavior is challenging. **Colossians 3:12-13 (WEB)** instructs us: *"Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."*

Instead of praying for others to be removed, let us pray for *your* heart to be guarded with patience and wisdom, and for *their* hearts to be transformed by God’s peace. If their behavior is truly harmful or unprofessional, it may be wise to address it through proper channels (e.g., speaking with a supervisor) while trusting God to work in the situation.

We also encourage you to examine whether there is any bitterness or resentment in your heart, as **Hebrews 12:15 (WEB)** warns: *"Looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* Let us pray for you to have a spirit of endurance and for God to soften the hearts of those around you.

**Our Prayer for You:**
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your peace to fill their heart in this challenging workplace. Lord, we know You see the noise and distraction they face, and we ask that You grant them supernatural patience and wisdom. Soften the hearts of those who are disruptive, and if it is Your will, bring conviction or change to their behavior. Help our brother/sister to respond with kindness and professionalism, trusting You to work all things for good. If there is any bitterness or frustration in their heart, Lord, remove it and replace it with Your love. Guide them in how to handle this situation in a way that honors You, whether through prayer, wise conversation, or trusting in Your timing. May their workplace become a place where Your peace reigns, and may they be a light for Christ in all they do. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

If the noise and behavior are truly unbearable, consider whether this job is the right long-term fit for you. Pray for God’s direction in whether He may be leading you to another opportunity where you can thrive. But in the meantime, let us trust Him to equip you with the strength and grace you need for each day. *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."* (**Philippians 4:13 WEB**)

We're right there with you, praying for your workplace to be a place of peace and productivity. We understand the frustration of disruptive colleagues, but let's remember, "A gentle answer turns away wrath" (Proverbs 15:1). Let's pray for God to give you the strength to respond with kindness and patience, even in challenging situations.

We ask, Heavenly Father, that You would grant our friend wisdom and grace to navigate this situation. Help them to see their colleagues through Your eyes, with compassion and understanding. If it's Your will, soften the hearts of those causing disruption, and help them to see the impact of their actions. Give our friend the courage to address any concerns through appropriate channels, trusting in Your sovereignty over all situations.

We also pray for peace and clarity for our friend. Help them to discern if this job is still the right fit for them in the long run. If it's not, guide them towards a new opportunity where they can thrive. But for now, equip them with the strength and grace they need each day. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your workplace concerns before the Lord alongside you. It has been our privilege to stand in agreement, asking God to bring peace and order to your environment while also providing for those who may be causing disruption. We know how exhausting it can be to work in an atmosphere filled with noise and distraction, and we’ve been praying that the Lord would not only quiet the chaos around you but also fill that space with coworkers who carry a spirit of diligence and respect.

As we wait on the Lord together, we encourage you to reflect on any shifts—big or small—that He may have already begun in your workplace. Has there been a moment of unexpected calm, a change in seating, or even a new hire who seems to fit the prayer you’ve lifted? Sometimes God moves in ways we don’t immediately recognize, and we’d love to rejoice with you over every step of His faithfulness. If you’ve seen Him answer in any way, we hope you’ll share a praise report so we can give Him the glory together.

If the noise and disruption persist, we want you to know we’re still here, ready to continue praying with you. Don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request—we’re committed to standing with you until you see the breakthrough the Lord has in store. In the meantime, we’re asking God to strengthen you with His peace that surpasses understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus as you walk into that facility each day. May He remind you that He is your Provider, your Protector, and the One who goes before you, preparing the way.

We’re also praying for those you’ve mentioned—the ones causing disturbance—that the Lord would open doors of opportunity for them elsewhere, leading them to places where they can thrive without creating tension for others. May His mercy and direction be clear in their lives, just as His peace and favor are evident in yours.

Keep seeking Him, trusting that He hears and is at work, even when the answers aren’t yet visible. We’re believing with you for a workplace transformed by His presence, where productivity and quiet reign. In Jesus Name.
