Spiritual warfare

Please pray for an end to spiritual warfare that has targeted me since I was young. Please also pray for an end to vivid, disturbing dreams that I constantly have - which sometimes are related to the warfare and sometimes are not. Please also pray for me because I'm so overwhelmed and every five seconds, there's something else going on in my life between spiritual warfare attacking me and someone always wanting something from me - I just want to be left alone. Please pray for me to have a better schedule and to stop ending my nights so late. Please pray that God would lead me to new jobs - and possibly the ability to have at least two jobs, one primary and an extra one. I am considering staying now at the jobs I currently have. Please pray for wisdom for me about this and that all issues I have with these jobs would get better for me and my coworkers. Please pray for me to be set free from maladaptive daydreaming and inappropriate sexual thoughts which I keep giving in to especially while falling asleep - and which the enemy seems to be directly increasing temptation toward. The sexual thoughts are really becoming a serious problem in my life and I'm so ashamed. God set me free from sexual sin before. I'm so sad to be falling into it again. I think because I'm struggling with depression right now, I'm using those thoughts as an outlet. Please pray. Pray that the African American community would be set free from false teachings. Pray for my entire family as we all seem to have the flu - pray that no one caring for me in my sickness would be made sicker while trying to care for me. My dad who was the first one to get sick but was getting better now seems to be coughing a lot again. Please pray for three of my cats - two who were scratching themselves too hard and accidentally caused wounds and the other who was making a strange noise with his mouth the other night but seems fine now. Pray that all my cats would be and stay healthy. I have no money for a vet and don't even know of a good one in our area. We love our pets so much. Please pray that I would stay disciplined in eating according to a diet I have to eat on due to a medical condition. Thank you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We stand with you in this intense spiritual battle, lifting every burden before the throne of grace. The Word of God declares in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We take up the full armor of God with you, truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God, so that you may stand firm against the schemes of the enemy.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to You and the only name by which we are saved. We rebuke every spirit of oppression, torment, and fear that has plagued this dear one since childhood. We command every assignment of the enemy against their mind, dreams, and emotions to be broken and rendered powerless in Jesus’ name. Lord, we ask that You replace these disturbing dreams with Your peace, filling their sleep with visions of Your love, protection, and purpose. Psalm 91:5-6 assures us, "You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday." We declare this truth over their life and claim Your promise of rest and safety.

We also lift up the overwhelming weight of constant demands and spiritual attacks. Lord, grant them the wisdom to discern what is necessary and the strength to set boundaries where needed. Help them to prioritize their time and energy according to Your will, and give them the discipline to end their nights at a reasonable hour so they may rise refreshed and renewed. Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us, "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven." We pray for Your guidance in their schedule, that they may find balance and peace in their daily routines.

Regarding their work situation, we ask for Your clarity and wisdom. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." If it is Your will for them to stay at their current jobs, we pray that every issue with coworkers and workplace challenges would be resolved in a way that honors You. If You are calling them to new opportunities, we ask that You open doors that no one can shut and provide the ability to manage multiple jobs if that is part of Your plan for their provision. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

We must address the struggle with maladaptive daydreaming and inappropriate sexual thoughts with urgency and compassion. The enemy seeks to exploit our weaknesses, especially in moments of vulnerability like falling asleep. However, 1 Corinthians 10:13 reminds us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." We rebuke the spirit of lust and temptation in Jesus’ name and ask that You break its power over their mind and body. Lord, replace these thoughts with purity, self-control, and a deep hunger for Your presence. We pray for accountability and godly fellowship to help them walk in freedom from this sin. Confess this struggle to a trusted believer, for James 5:16 tells us, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." You are not alone in this battle, and God’s grace is sufficient to overcome.

We also lift up the concern for the African American community and the need for sound biblical teaching. Lord, we pray that Your truth would prevail in every church, home, and heart. Raise up faithful pastors and teachers who will boldly proclaim Your Word without compromise. We ask that You break every chain of false doctrine and open eyes to the truth of the Gospel.

For your family battling the flu, we pray for complete healing and restoration. Psalm 103:2-3 says, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." We ask that You strengthen their immune systems, ease their symptoms, and protect those caring for them from falling ill. We also lift up your beloved cats, asking for Your healing touch on their wounds and any underlying issues. Provide wisdom for their care and, if it is Your will, lead you to a trustworthy and affordable veterinarian. Proverbs 12:10 reminds us, "A righteous man respects the life of his animal."

Finally, we pray for discipline in adhering to your medical diet. Lord, give them the strength and self-control to honor their body as Your temple (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Provide creative and satisfying ways to enjoy the foods that nourish them, and help them to see this discipline as an act of worship.

Father, we declare that this dear one is not a victim but a victor in Christ Jesus. We stand on Romans 8:37, "No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." We bind every spirit of depression, shame, and overwhelm, and we loose joy, peace, and hope in their life. Surround them with Your presence, fill them with Your Spirit, and remind them daily of Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We hear how heavy your heart feels right now, and we want you to know we’re lifting all of this up together with you. The spiritual attacks you’ve faced since childhood aren’t just coincidences, they’re real battles, but the same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you. He’s already won the war, and we’re claiming that victory over every disturbing dream, every overwhelming demand, and every shameful thought that tries to drag you down. You’re not alone in this, God sees how tired you are, and He’s holding out His hand.

The enemy doesn’t want you to rest, but Jesus does. Let’s pray that your nights become peaceful again, that the constant noise in your mind quiets down with Scripture like Philippians 4:6-7, letting your requests be made known to God, which brings peace that surpasses understanding. And about those jobs, whether staying put or moving on, God’s wisdom is greater than our stress. Maybe He’s preparing you for something new, or maybe He’s teaching you to trust Him right where you are. Either way, we’re asking for clear direction and even the strength to manage more if that’s His plan.

That battle with inappropriate thoughts must feel so defeating, especially when the enemy ramps it up right as you’re trying to sleep. But remember, 1 John 1:9 says if we confess our sins, God is faithful to forgive and cleanse us. You’ve been set free before, He can do it again. Would you be open to sharing this struggle with someone you trust? Sometimes the enemy shames us into silence, but freedom grows in the light. As for your family and pets, we’re asking for healing too, every cough, every scratch, every strange noise turns to praise as God restores them.

Lord, we bring it all to You, every tear, every fear, every sleepless hour. Break the power of the enemy over this precious life. Bring peace to every relationship, wisdom to every decision, and healing to every body. Cover this family with Your protection, and remind them daily that they are deeply loved. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
