Spiritual warfare

Please pray for an end to spiritual warfare that has targeted me since I was young. Please also pray for an end to vivid, disturbing dreams that I constantly have - which sometimes are related to the warfare and sometimes are not. Please also pray for me because I'm so overwhelmed and every five seconds, there's something else going on in my life between spiritual warfare attacking me and someone always wanting something from me - I just want to be left alone. Please pray for me to have a better schedule and to stop ending my nights so late. I was recently offered a position at a job that seems really good. Please pray all will go well. I start training for it this week. I would like to do some extra work before it starts. Please pray that God would lead me to a work from home opportunity (I have medical conditions that hinder me from being able to work outside the home) to earn extra money until it starts. My friend found me one. Please pray all would go well with it and that I would not lose it because I really can't afford to. Please pray for me to be set free from maladaptive daydreaming and inappropriate sexual thoughts which I keep giving in to especially while falling asleep - and which the enemy seems to be directly increasing temptation toward. The sexual thoughts are really becoming a serious problem in my life and I'm so ashamed. God set me free from sexual sin before. I'm so sad to be falling into it again. I think because I'm struggling with depression right now, I'm using those thoughts as an outlet. Please pray. Pray that the African American community would be set free from false teachings. Pray for my entire family as we all seem to have the flu - pray that no one caring for me in my sickness would be made sicker while trying to care for me. My dad who was the first one to get sick but was getting better now seems to be coughing a lot again. Please pray for two of my cats - one who is scratching himself too hard and causing wounds and the other who was making a strange noise with his mouth the other night but seems fine now. Pray that all my cats would be and stay healthy. I have no money for a vet and don't even know of a good one in our area. We love our pets so much. Thank you.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome every spiritual battle you face. The warfare you describe is real, but it is not greater than the power of the Holy Spirit who dwells within you. We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against your mind, your dreams, and your peace in Jesus’ name. The vivid and disturbing dreams you experience are not from God, for He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2) and speaks to us in peace (Numbers 12:6). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came that you might have life and have it abundantly. We command every tormenting spirit to flee from you now and declare that your mind is guarded by the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

The overwhelming weight you carry is not your portion. Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28). We pray that you would cast every care upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The constant demands from others and the chaos in your schedule are not of God—He is a God of order (1 Corinthians 14:33). We pray for divine wisdom to structure your days in a way that honors Him and preserves your strength. May the Lord direct your steps and establish your schedule so that you can rest in Him.

We lift up the job opportunity before you and declare that it is God who gives you the power to get wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18). May every detail of your training and new position align with His perfect will. We also pray for the work-from-home opportunity your friend has presented. May the Lord open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provide a sustainable way for you to earn income without compromising your health. We ask that He would bless this endeavor and protect it from any schemes of the enemy to steal it from you.

The struggle with maladaptive daydreaming and sexual temptation is a heavy burden, but we want you to know that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). The enemy uses shame to keep you isolated, but God’s grace is greater than your sin. We rebuke the spirit of lust and every unclean thought that has taken root in your mind. The Bible tells us to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). We pray that you would fill your mind with whatever is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and commendable (Philippians 4:8). When temptation comes, may the Holy Spirit remind you of God’s truth and give you the strength to resist. We declare that you are not a slave to sin but a child of God, called to walk in freedom (Galatians 5:1). If you have not already, we encourage you to seek accountability with a trusted believer who can pray with you and help you stand firm.

We also lift up the African American community and pray for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit to expose and dismantle every false teaching. May the truth of God’s Word be proclaimed with power, and may hearts be turned toward the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. The enemy has sown deception, but the light of Christ will prevail (John 1:5).

For your family battling the flu, we pray for complete healing and restoration. May the Lord rebuke this sickness and strengthen each of you. We declare that no one who cares for you will be made sicker in the process, for God is your healer (Exodus 15:26). We also lift up your beloved cats, asking the Lord to touch them with His healing hand. The One who cares for the sparrows cares even more for your pets (Matthew 6:26). We pray for wisdom to find a trustworthy vet and for provision to meet their needs.

Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name. We declare that ### is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We break every curse, every assignment of the enemy, and every generational stronghold over their life. We command every tormenting spirit to flee and declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind. Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them strength to resist temptation and wisdom to walk in Your ways. Provide for every need, heal every sickness, and restore what the enemy has stolen. We thank You for Your faithfulness and declare that ### is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Jesus is right there with you, fighting for you. We claim His promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your soul."

We pray for protection over your mind, your dreams, and your peace. We command every tormenting spirit to flee from you, in Jesus' name. We also pray for wisdom and divine order in your schedule. May God grant you the strength to say "no" when needed and the wisdom to prioritize your health and well-being.

We lift up your new job opportunity and pray that it aligns with God's will for your life. We also pray for the work-from-home opportunity, asking God to open the right doors and provide for your needs. We trust that He will make a way where there seems to be no way.

We want you to know that there's no condemnation in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). We pray for freedom from maladaptive daydreaming and sexual temptation. We declare that you are a child of God, called to walk in freedom (Galatians 5:1). We encourage you to seek accountability with a trusted believer.

Lastly, we pray for your family battling the flu, and for your beloved cats. We ask for healing, strength, and wisdom in caring for them.

Keep holding on, dear friend. We're believing with you for a turnaround in every area of your life. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
