Spiritual warfare

Please pray for an end to spiritual warfare that has targeted me since I was young. Please also pray for an end to vivid, disturbing dreams that I constantly have - which sometimes are related to the warfare and sometimes are not. Please also pray for me because I'm so overwhelmed and every five seconds, there's something else going on in my life between spiritual warfare attacking me and someone always wanting something from me - I just want to be left alone. Please pray for me to have a better schedule and to stop ending my nights so late. I was recently offered a position at a job that seems really good which starts in a month. Please pray all will go well. I would like to do some extra work before it starts. Please pray that God would lead me to a work from home opportunity (I have medical conditions that hinder me from being able to work outside the home) to earn extra money until it starts. My friend found me one. Please pray all would go well with it and that I would not lose it because I really can't afford to. Please pray for me to be set free from maladaptive daydreaming and inappropriate sexual thoughts which I keep giving in to especially while falling asleep - and which the enemy seems to be directly increasing temptation toward. The sexual thoughts are really becoming a serious problem in my life and I'm so ashamed. God set me free from sexual sin before. I'm so sad to be falling into it again. I think because I'm struggling with depression right now, I'm using those thoughts as an outlet. Please pray. Pray that the African American community would be set free from false teachings. Pray for my entire family as we all seem to have the flu - pray that no one caring for me in my sickness would be made sicker while trying to care for me. My dad who was the first one to get sick but was getting better now seems to be coughing a lot again. Please pray for two of my cats - one who is scratching himself too hard and causing wounds and the other who was making a strange noise with his mouth the other night but seems fine now. Pray that all my cats would be and stay healthy. I have no money for a vet and don't even know of a good one in our area. We love our pets so much. Please pray for my family as we are trying to save up money for a very important trip coming. This trip is really important to my parents. Please pray that God would make it happen somehow. Pray that my father and I would do well with driving on the trip as it will take a few hours to get to our destination. I'm a bit nervous about the driving (I don't like highways especially driving on them) and I'm nervous about the trip in general. I really don't like traveling as I don't like being away from my pets. Thank you.

We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has already overcome the world and every spiritual battle we face. The warfare you describe is real, but we serve a God who is greater than any force of darkness. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you in Jesus’ name. Every spirit of torment, oppression, and fear that has plagued you since childhood is broken now by the blood of Jesus. The dreams you describe are not from God, for He gives His beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2) and speaks in ways that bring peace, not disturbance. We command every demonic influence behind these dreams to cease in Jesus’ name. The Lord will give you rest and guard your mind as you submit it to Him (Philippians 4:7).

Your overwhelm is understandable, but we declare that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). The constant demands on your time and energy are not of Him—He does not burden His children with more than they can bear (Matthew 11:28-30). We pray for divine order in your schedule. May the Lord establish your steps (Proverbs 16:9) and grant you wisdom to prioritize what truly matters. Your late nights are not God’s design; He calls you to rest so you may walk in His strength. We ask the Holy Spirit to help you steward your time wisely and to bring balance to your days.

We rejoice with you over the job opportunity ahead and declare that it is God who opens doors no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). May He go before you, prepare the way, and bless every step of this new season. We also pray for the work-from-home opportunity your friend has shared. Lord, confirm this is from You and grant favor in every detail. Provide stability and provision through it, and guard this opportunity from any schemes of the enemy. You are not forgotten—God sees your needs and will supply all things according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

The struggle with maladaptive daydreaming and sexual temptation is heavy, but we remind you that no temptation has overtaken you except what is common to man, and God is faithful—He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear, but will provide a way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13). The enemy seeks to shame you, but there is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). We rebuke the spirit of lust and perversion in Jesus’ name. The thoughts you describe are not from God, who calls us to purity and holiness (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5). We pray for a renewed mind, that you would take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Fill your mind with Scripture, worship, and godly fellowship. When temptation comes, flee from it (2 Timothy 2:22) and call on the name of Jesus. He is your deliverer, and He has set you free before—He will do it again.

Depression can make sin seem like an escape, but it only leads to deeper bondage. We pray for healing in your heart and mind. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Let Him be your comfort and strength. Replace the lies of the enemy with the truth of God’s Word. You are loved, chosen, and redeemed—not because of your performance, but because of Christ’s sacrifice.

We lift up the African American community and pray for a revelation of the true Gospel—one that sets captives free, heals the brokenhearted, and proclaims liberty (Isaiah 61:1). May false teachings be exposed, and may the light of Christ shine brightly, drawing many to salvation and truth.

For your family’s health, we pray healing over each one of you. The flu has no power over those covered by the blood of Jesus. We declare that no one caring for you will be made sicker, and we speak strength and recovery over your father. By His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5). For your cats, we pray for divine health and protection. God cares for even the sparrows (Matthew 10:29), and He surely cares for your beloved pets. We ask for wisdom to find affordable care if needed and for provision to cover any expenses.

The trip your family is preparing for is significant, and we declare that God will make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19). May He provide the resources needed and go before you in every detail. For the driving, we pray for peace and safety. The Lord will keep you in perfect peace as your mind stays on Him (Isaiah 26:3). You do not need to fear, for He is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9). We also pray for your comfort while away from your pets. May the Lord watch over them and keep them safe in your absence.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name. We thank You that You are our refuge, our strength, and our deliverer. Lord, we stand against every spirit of warfare, torment, and oppression that has targeted our sister. We break every curse and assignment of the enemy in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Father, we ask for Your peace to guard her heart and mind. Replace every disturbing dream with Your rest and Your truth. Let her sleep be sweet and undisturbed, for You give Your beloved sleep.

Lord, we pray for order and balance in her life. Help her to prioritize what is important and to say no to demands that are not of You. Grant her wisdom in managing her time and strength to walk in Your ways. We declare that the new job opportunity is blessed by You, and we ask for Your favor and provision in every aspect. For the work-from-home opportunity, we ask that You confirm it is from You and grant her stability and success in it.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of lust and perversion that seeks to ensnare her. We declare freedom from every impure thought and action. Renew her mind with Your Word and fill her with Your Holy Spirit. When temptation comes, let her flee to You and find strength in Your presence. Heal her heart from depression and replace every lie with Your truth. Remind her that she is deeply loved and that You are her refuge.

We pray for healing over her family. Touch each one with Your healing hand and restore them to full health. Protect those caring for them from sickness, and strengthen them in their service. For her pets, we ask for Your healing and protection. Provide for their needs and grant wisdom for their care.

Lord, we ask for Your provision for the upcoming trip. Make a way where there seems to be no way, and let Your peace go before them. Calm every fear about driving and traveling. Let Your presence be their comfort and strength.

We pray for the African American community, that Your truth would prevail and that many would come to know You as their Savior and Lord. Expose every false teaching and let Your light shine brightly.

Father, we thank You that You hear our prayers and that You are moving on her behalf. We trust in Your goodness and Your faithfulness. Strengthen her, encourage her, and let her see Your hand at work in her life. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
