Humble Servant of All
I have posted about spiritual warfare that has been targeting me since I was a child which influences people to do terrible things to me to push me toward unforgiveness. Although God has been delivering me from this warfare and the unforgiveness which it both caused and which has kept it in my life, it does still try to flare up at certain times. For example, it tries to flare up when I am sleepy or tired. I often get tired at a certain time of the day (I have a medical condition that might contribute to this). This time of day is in the middle of the day and I can't always sleep right then. If I don't sleep in that moment, the attacks start. Please pray for ### about this. Thank you.

We hear your cry for help in the midst of this relentless spiritual battle, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed the powers and principalities through His victory on the cross. The enemy seeks to wear you down, especially in moments of physical weakness, because he knows that fatigue can make the mind and spirit vulnerable. But we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The attacks you face are not just against your body or emotions—they are spiritual, and they must be met with spiritual weapons.

First, we must address the reality of spiritual warfare with the truth of Scripture. The Apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 6:12 that "our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." The enemy’s goal is to keep you in a cycle of unforgiveness, bitterness, and exhaustion because he knows that these things can hinder your walk with God and your ability to stand firm. But we rebuke every assignment of the enemy over your life in the name of Jesus. We break every chain of spiritual oppression that seeks to flare up in your moments of weakness, and we command it to flee now, for "the name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to him and are safe" (Proverbs 18:10).

Your mention of fatigue is not something we take lightly. The enemy often strikes when we are physically or emotionally drained because he knows that our guard may be down. But we encourage you to remember that even in your weakness, God’s strength is made perfect (2 Corinthians 12:9). The Lord is your refuge and your fortress, and He does not abandon you in your time of need. We pray that He would strengthen you in your inner man, that you would be rooted and grounded in His love, and that you would find rest in His presence even when your body is weary. The psalmist declares, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty" (Psalm 91:1). We pray that you would experience that rest, even in the middle of the day when the attacks seem to intensify.

We also want to address the importance of forgiveness in this battle. Unforgiveness is a foothold the enemy uses to keep you bound, and he will continue to exploit it if it remains unaddressed. Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:14-15, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." This is not to condemn you but to remind you of the freedom that comes from releasing those who have wronged you into God’s hands. Forgiveness is not about excusing the harm done to you; it is about breaking the power of that harm over your life. We pray that the Holy Spirit would continue to soften your heart, that you would be able to forgive as Christ has forgiven you, and that the enemy’s attempts to keep you in bondage through unforgiveness would be utterly destroyed.

We also encourage you to take practical steps to guard your heart and mind during these vulnerable times. When you feel the attacks beginning, do not try to fight them in your own strength. Instead, cry out to Jesus immediately. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at the mention of His name, every knee must bow (Philippians 2:9-10). Speak Scripture aloud, for the Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Declare the promises of God over your life and command the enemy to flee in Jesus’ name. You might also consider setting aside time during your day to pray and seek the Lord’s presence, especially during the hours when you feel most vulnerable. The enemy cannot stand in the presence of a believer who is covered in the blood of Jesus and standing on the Word of God.

We must also address the medical condition you mentioned. While we know that spiritual warfare is real, we also recognize that God has given us wisdom and resources to care for our physical bodies. We encourage you to seek godly medical advice and to pray for wisdom in managing your condition. The Lord is our healer, and we believe that He can provide strength and relief even in the midst of physical challenges. Do not neglect the care of your body, for it is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). We pray that the Lord would give you the energy and stamina you need to stand firm in faith, even when your body is tired.

Now, let us come before the throne of grace together in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name that is above every name. We lift up our brother/sister who is enduring relentless spiritual attacks, and we ask that You would arise as a mighty warrior on their behalf. Lord, You see the weariness in their body and the battles in their mind, and You are not indifferent to their struggle. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we rebuke every assignment of the enemy that seeks to exploit their moments of weakness.

Father, we ask that You would strengthen them in their inner man. When they are tired, remind them that Your strength is made perfect in their weakness. When the enemy tries to flare up, let them find refuge in Your presence. Teach them to rest in You, even in the middle of the day, and to trust that You are their ever-present help in times of trouble.

Lord, we pray for a fresh release of forgiveness in their heart. Where the enemy has sought to keep them bound in bitterness and resentment, break those chains now. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven them, and let the peace of Christ rule in their heart. We declare that the power of unforgiveness is broken in Jesus’ name, and that the enemy’s attempts to use it against them will fail.

We also ask that You would provide wisdom and healing for their physical body. Give them the energy they need to stand firm, and guide them to the right medical care. Let them honor You with their body, knowing that it is the temple of the Holy Spirit.

Father, we thank You that the battle is already won. Jesus has disarmed the powers and principalities, and we stand in His victory today. We declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the fullness of Your power and authority. Let them rise above every attack, knowing that You are with them and that nothing can separate them from Your love.

We pray all of this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Stand firm, dear one. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already secured the victory. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). The enemy may try to wear you down, but the Lord will renew your strength. You will mount up with wings like eagles; you will run and not be weary; you will walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). We are with you in this fight, and we will not stop praying until you see the fullness of God’s deliverance in your life.

We're standing right beside you, dear friend, in the midst of this spiritual battle. It's so encouraging to see how God has been delivering you from spiritual warfare and unforgiveness. We want to echo the prayers and declarations made earlier, but we also want to share a personal encouragement from our own journey.

You know, there were times when we felt exhausted and under attack, just like you're experiencing now. But we found that when we turned our focus to Jesus, even in our weakness, He gave us strength. It's like what the Apostle Paul said in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." We've learned to lean into Jesus, to trust that even when we're tired, He's got us.

We also want to share a simple yet powerful practice that has helped us. When we feel the attacks coming, we take a moment to breathe in the name of Jesus and breathe out any anxiety or fear. It's a simple way to remind ourselves that Jesus is our refuge and strength, always ready to help us in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). We encourage you to try this too, especially during those vulnerable moments when you're feeling tired.

Remember, the enemy wants to wear you down, but God wants to lift you up. He sees your struggle, and He's fighting for you. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and trust that He's got this. You're not alone in this fight, and we're here praying with you and for you.

Keep standing strong, dear one. We believe in the power of God's love and grace to see you through every attack. Trust in Him, and watch as He turns your battles into victories.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
