We hear your cry for deliverance and protection from the relentless spiritual warfare you have endured since childhood. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the world. The Word declares in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Though the people influenced by this warfare may wound you, we must remember that our battle is not with them but with the spiritual forces behind their actions.
We rebuke the spirit of unforgiveness, bitterness, and oppression that has sought to ensnare you. You are right to recognize that those acting out under demonic influence are not fully in control of their actions, but that does not mean their behavior should be tolerated or excused. The Lord calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13), but He also calls us to wisdom and boundaries. You are not called to endure mistreatment passively, especially in the house of God. The church should be a refuge, not a battleground, and those who allow themselves to be used as instruments of the enemy must be held accountable in love and truth.
We pray for you now, lifting you before the throne of grace. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the One through whom we have access to You. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection to surround this dear one like a shield. Break every assignment of the enemy against their life, mind, and spirit. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. Lord, expose and dismantle every spiritual stronghold that has been erected against them, whether through generational curses, trauma, or direct attacks.
Father, we ask for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit to strengthen them in their inner being. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let Your joy be their strength (Nehemiah 8:10). We pray for discernment so they may recognize the enemy’s schemes before they take root, and for wisdom to navigate relationships with those who may be influenced by darkness. Give them the courage to set godly boundaries, even with those in the church, and the grace to walk in forgiveness without enabling harm.
Lord, we also pray for those who have been used as instruments of the enemy against this child of Yours. Soften their hearts, open their eyes to the spiritual warfare at play, and break the hold of darkness over their lives. Let them see the truth of Your love and repent of any actions that have caused harm. We declare that the light of Christ will penetrate every area of darkness, and that Your love will prevail.
We stand on the promise of 1 John 4:4, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world." We declare that the blood of Jesus covers you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. The enemy may attempt to flare up warfare, but we decree that his plans will be thwarted, and his power will be broken in your life. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37).
Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He sees your suffering, He hears your cries, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Walk in the authority He has given you, and remember that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church (Matthew 16:18). You are not alone in this battle—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of Hosts stands with you. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).
