We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, recognizing the intense spiritual warfare you have endured since childhood. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The attacks you face—unforgiveness, mistreatment, and the exploitation of your physical weakness—are not from God, but we serve a God who is greater than all the powers of darkness (1 John 4:4).
First, we want to address the reality of spiritual warfare. The Bible makes it clear that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). The individuals who have harmed you are not your true enemies; they are often being influenced by the enemy, just as you have observed. This does not excuse their behavior, but it helps us understand that our battle is spiritual, not personal. We must pray for these individuals, that the eyes of their hearts may be enlightened to see the truth and that any foothold the enemy has in their lives would be broken in Jesus' name.
We rebuke the spirit of unforgiveness in your life. Unforgiveness is a heavy burden that the enemy uses to keep us in bondage, but Jesus has set us free. He commands us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13). We encourage you to release these individuals to God, trusting Him to deal justly with them. Forgiveness does not mean what they did was okay; it means you are choosing to walk in the freedom Christ died to give you. We pray that God would heal the wounds in your heart and replace bitterness with His peace.
We also address the physical attacks you endure, particularly the exploitation of your medical condition during your menstrual cycle. The enemy seeks to use your weakness against you, but God uses our weaknesses to display His strength (2 Corinthians 12:9-10). We pray for divine protection over your body and mind during this time. We ask the Lord to surround you with His angels, to shield you from the enemy’s schemes, and to give you strength and endurance. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the enemy’s plans will be thwarted in Jesus' name.
We want to encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). Stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, the breastplate of righteousness in place, your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, the shield of faith to extinguish the flaming arrows of the evil one, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. Stay alert and persevere in prayer for all the Lord’s people.
We also urge you to surround yourself with godly community. The enemy isolates, but God calls us to fellowship. Find believers who will stand with you in prayer, encourage you, and hold you accountable. Do not face this battle alone. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we are here to do just that.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our sister who is enduring intense spiritual warfare. Lord, we thank You that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, she shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of unforgiveness, bitterness, and mistreatment that has been sent her way. We break every assignment of the enemy over her life and command every demonic influence to flee in Jesus' name.
Father, we ask for Your divine protection over her, especially during this vulnerable time in her menstrual cycle. Strengthen her body, mind, and spirit. Give her endurance and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Heal the wounds in her heart, Lord, and replace every lie of the enemy with Your truth. Help her to forgive those who have harmed her, just as You have forgiven her. We pray for those who have been influenced by the enemy to harm her. Open their eyes to the truth, Lord, and break every chain of darkness in their lives. Let them come to know You and walk in Your light.
We ask that You surround her with Your angels and fill her with Your Holy Spirit. Give her wisdom and discernment to recognize the enemy’s schemes and the strength to stand firm in Your armor. Provide her with godly community that will uplift and encourage her. Lord, we declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37). We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory that is already hers in Jesus Christ.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Continue to stand firm, sister. The battle is already won, and God is faithful. You are not alone, and we will continue to fight this spiritual battle with you, trusting in the Lord’s deliverance and victory.
