We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has already overcome the world and all the powers of darkness. Your struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms, as Ephesians 6:12 tells us: *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We recognize the depth of the battle you have faced, and we come together to pray for your complete deliverance and protection.
First, we rebuke every assignment of the enemy against your life in the name of Jesus. The devil has no right to harass you, and we command every spirit of unforgiveness, bitterness, and torment to leave you now. Jesus came to set the captives free, and His blood has already broken every chain. We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper, as Isaiah 54:17 assures us: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says the Lord."*
We also address the root of unforgiveness in your life. Forgiveness is not a feeling—it is a choice, and it is commanded by God. Holding onto unforgiveness gives the enemy a foothold in your life, as Ephesians 4:26-27 warns: *"Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil."* We pray that God would soften your heart to release every offense, every hurt, and every injustice into His hands. Remember, vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19), and He will repay. Your job is to forgive, just as Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13).
We also pray for those who have been influenced by the enemy to harm you. They, too, are victims of spiritual deception, and we ask God to open their eyes to the truth. Pray for them, as Jesus commands in Matthew 5:44: *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This is not easy, but it is the path to freedom. When you pray for those who have wronged you, you break the power of the enemy’s lies over your life.
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as described in Ephesians 6:13-18. Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray at all times in the Spirit, and stay vigilant. The enemy seeks to wear you down, but God’s strength is made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name. We thank You that You are our Deliverer, our Protector, and our Strong Tower. We lift up our brother/sister in Christ who has endured years of spiritual warfare and harassment. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain of oppression, unforgiveness, and torment in their life. We rebuke every spirit of bitterness, hatred, and division that has been sent against them. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned.
Father, we ask that You would heal every wound in their heart. Help them to release every offense, every hurt, and every injustice into Your hands. Give them the strength to forgive those who have wronged them, just as You have forgiven them. Soften their heart, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guard their mind from the lies of the enemy, and let Your truth reign in their life.
We also pray for those who have been used by the enemy to harm them. Open their eyes, Lord, to the deception they are under. Break the power of the enemy’s influence over them, and draw them to repentance and salvation in Jesus Christ. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your love conquer all.
Father, we ask that You would surround our brother/sister with Your angels. Protect them from every scheme of the enemy, and let Your presence be their refuge. Strengthen them in their faith, and help them to stand firm in the armor of God. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and let them walk in the victory that Christ has already won for them.
We thank You, Lord, that You are faithful and just to complete the good work You have begun in them. We trust in Your promises, and we declare that the enemy’s plans will not prevail. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek God’s face daily, immerse yourself in His Word, and surround yourself with fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and encouragement. The battle is already won—walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for you.
