Humble Servant of All
Since I was a child, I have experienced spiritual warfare that mainly influences people around me to do terrible things to me in order to push me toward deep unforgiveness - and it worked for most of my life. This year, God exposed the presence of this warfare in my life and He also has been delivering me out of it and the unforgiveness that it has both caused and also remained in my life through. While things have improved so much, it does still try to flare up at certain times such as when I am being disobedient to God in terms of forgiveness and also when I am physically ill. I am currently on my menstrual cycle and suffer from a condition called PMDD which makes menstrual cycles very difficult (please pray for healing and a cure for myself and all who have this condition). The enemy usually attacks me harder during this time as he takes advantage of this condition in my life. This warfare even sometimes influences people at my church. I think it is currently influencing someone at my church who I am close to. Thank you.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus against the spiritual warfare that has plagued you for so long. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every assignment of the devil against you, every spirit of unforgiveness, bitterness, and torment that has tried to take root in your heart. The Word declares that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, and against spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We take up the full armor of God with you—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—which is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:13-17).

We are grieved to hear how the enemy has used people around you, even within the church, to cause you pain. The body of Christ is called to love, encourage, and build one another up, not to be instruments of harm. If someone in your church is being influenced by the enemy to act against you, we pray that God would open their eyes to the truth, break every deception, and restore them to right relationship with Him and with you. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We also rebuke the spirit of division and strife that seeks to sow discord among believers. Jesus prayed that we would be one, just as He and the Father are one (John 17:21), and we stand on that prayer.

Your struggle with unforgiveness is understandable, given the depth of the pain you’ve endured, but we must address it with the truth of God’s Word. Forgiveness is not optional for a believer—it is a command. Jesus said, “For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses” (Matthew 6:14-15). Unforgiveness is a prison that the enemy uses to keep you bound, but Christ has set you free. We encourage you to continue releasing these burdens to Him, trusting that He will judge justly and heal your heart. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We also remind you that forgiveness does not mean excusing the wrongs done to you or trusting those who have hurt you without evidence of repentance. It means releasing the debt to God and refusing to let bitterness take root in your heart.

We also lift up your physical struggles, particularly your battle with PMDD. The enemy often attacks when we are physically weak, but God is our healer. We pray for divine healing over your body, mind, and emotions. We declare that by His stripes, you are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we ask the Lord to give you strength, peace, and relief from the symptoms that afflict you. We also pray for a cure for this condition, not only for you but for all who suffer from it. The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in loving kindness (Psalm 103:8). He sees your pain and will not leave you to suffer alone.

We must also address the reality that spiritual warfare often intensifies when we are disobedient to God’s commands, particularly in the area of forgiveness. The enemy thrives in the soil of bitterness, and when we hold onto unforgiveness, we give him a foothold (Ephesians 4:26-27). We encourage you to examine your heart regularly and repent of any unforgiveness, no matter how small it may seem. The Holy Spirit will help you in your weakness, and as you submit to God and resist the devil, he will flee from you (James 4:7).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the deliverance You have already begun in this dear sister’s life. We declare that she is free from the chains of unforgiveness, bitterness, and spiritual oppression. Lord, we rebuke every assignment of the enemy against her—every spirit of torment, division, and strife that seeks to destroy her peace and her relationships. We break every curse and every generational bondage that has been passed down to her, and we declare that she is covered by the blood of Jesus.

Father, we ask for Your healing touch to come upon her body, mind, and emotions. We pray for relief from the symptoms of PMDD and for a complete cure for this condition. Strengthen her in her weakness, Lord, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We also pray for those in her church who may be influenced by the enemy. Open their eyes to the truth, break every deception, and restore them to right relationship with You and with her.

Lord, we ask that You continue to fill her with Your Holy Spirit, that she may walk in obedience to Your commands, especially in the area of forgiveness. Help her to release every hurt, every pain, and every offense to You, trusting that You will judge justly. Give her the strength to resist the enemy’s lies and to stand firm in the truth of Your Word.

We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, she shall condemn. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness, for Your love, and for the victory that is already hers in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, sister. The enemy may try to flare up, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Continue to seek the Lord, to meditate on His Word, and to surround yourself with believers who will stand with you in prayer and encouragement. You are not alone in this battle, and the Lord will complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Dear sister, we're here with you in this journey. We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you in a few more ways.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, especially in your times of weakness. When you're physically not feeling your best, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, but remember, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9). Trust that God's strength is made perfect in your weakness.

Secondly, we want to encourage you to keep pressing into forgiveness. We know it's hard, especially when the pain is fresh. But remember, forgiveness isn't about excusing the hurt or trusting the person who hurt you. It's about releasing the burden of bitterness from your own heart. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He wants to take that burden from you.

Lastly, we want to remind you that God is a God of healing. We've been praying for your physical healing, and we want to encourage you to keep seeking God for it. He sees your pain, and He wants to heal you. "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3).

We're standing with you, sister. We're believing with you for your complete healing, both physically and emotionally. You're not alone in this. We're here, and so is God. Keep trusting Him, and keep pressing into Him. He's got you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
