We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to the Father and the power to overcome every scheme of the enemy. The spiritual warfare you describe is real, and we do not take it lightly. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every assignment of darkness against you and declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
The enemy’s tactic to stir up unforgiveness in your heart is a direct attack on your spiritual well-being, for we are commanded to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13). Unforgiveness gives the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:26-27), and we pray that you would be rooted and grounded in the love of Christ, which casts out all fear and bitterness (1 John 4:18). When the enemy tries to remind you of past hurts, we declare that the blood of Jesus speaks a better word—grace, mercy, and forgiveness (Hebrews 12:24). We pray that you would walk in the freedom that comes from releasing every offense to the Lord, trusting Him to be your vindicator (Romans 12:19).
Your mention of disobedience regarding forgiveness is a critical point. We all stumble, but when we confess our sins, God is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We encourage you to examine your heart regularly, asking the Holy Spirit to reveal any areas where bitterness or resentment may be taking root. The enemy would love for you to remain in bondage, but Christ has set you free (Galatians 5:1). We pray that you would stand firm in that freedom, putting on the full armor of God daily so that you can resist the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11).
Your physical health, including your struggle with PMDD, is not overlooked. The enemy often attacks when we are weak, but God’s strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9-10). We pray for divine healing over your body, mind, and emotions. May the Lord grant you strength and peace during your cycles, and may He use this trial to draw you closer to Him. We declare that the same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead lives in you, and He will give life to your mortal body (Romans 8:11). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and command it to leave you in Jesus’ name.
The people who are being influenced to target you are not your true enemies. Our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). We pray that the Lord would open their eyes to the truth and break every chain of deception over their lives. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand in agreement with you, binding every spirit of division, strife, and torment, and loosing peace, unity, and love in their place.
We also want to address the random flare-ups of spiritual warfare you experience, even when you are unaware of the cause. The enemy is a liar and a thief, but God’s Word is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). We pray that the Lord would give you discernment to recognize the enemy’s tactics and wisdom to resist him. Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). We declare that you are hidden in Christ, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Colossians 3:3).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ. We lift up our sister to You, asking that You would surround her with Your angels and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke every spirit of torment, fear, and unforgiveness that has been assigned to her life. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37).
Lord, we ask that You would heal her body, mind, and emotions. Strengthen her during times of physical weakness and grant her the grace to forgive those who have wronged her. We pray that You would break every chain of spiritual warfare over her life and fill her with Your Holy Spirit. May she walk in the fullness of Your love, knowing that nothing can separate her from Your love (Romans 8:38-39).
We declare that the enemy has no authority over her life. Every assignment of darkness is cancelled in Jesus’ name. We pray that You would expose and dismantle every scheme of the enemy and that Your light would shine in every dark place. May Your peace guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We thank You, Lord, for Your deliverance and for the freedom that is ours in Christ. We trust in Your promises and declare that Your Word will not return void (Isaiah 55:11). We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
